Water Heater - Repair or Service
Murphy's Law said that as soon as I stacked the boxes of my wife's old but favorite art books, something would happen. I even asked her if we ever had more than a standing inch of water in the basement. That night, a discovered a growing puddle around the water heater, that was running down the side of the tank from a pool at the top. I called a local plumber who we had used before (and even texted photos of the water heater to them), but after two days of no call back even though I left a second message, I called Green Air Solutions. Jeff called me back immediately, and despite that it was dinner time, and I told him it wasn't a dire emergency), he was over at my house within a half hour. What I liked best was that he took time to figure out the problem and explain it to me. The previous owners had put in two water heaters (I assumed to fill the large jacuzzi upstairs), but only one was being used. Fortunately, we had a backup already in place, but it made for interesting puzzle. Jeff seemed to enjoy figuring it out, worked fast, and had it removed and the other one up and running in an hour. When I first realized that the heater was shot, I expected an expensive job. It was not. That's how a service vendor builds trust and clients. The other plumbing company? They still haven't called me back. Thanks Jeff!

Emergency service was faster than Chinese delivery! Can't rate value for the money,because I wanted it fixed,so I did not have time to shop around. For me,they came and fixed the issue faster than I expected..and that makes me a satisfied customer!

It was a heat wave, and i called them at 1pm and was set for a 4pm. But they called and said they were running late. They came on a saturday night after 8pm and he was finished by 1030pm. Tech was very nice and professional.

Solar Water Heater System Repair
I took a chance on Thermo Impact because of bad experiences with other companies. Great service (ask for Jay), good understanding of solar repair needs (Jeff came out), and very fair pricing. My 30 year old system now has an air bleeder valve, new circulator, and the PSI needle now has a wiggle that shows fluid movement that it never did before. I am waiting for a full sun day for maximum heating but with two days of very little sun mixed with showers, I hit 90 degree water both times. Call them for service or upgrades (I eventually will).

Exactly what you expect in a great company - great customer care, expertise, and attention to detail. Jeff (owner) came out late on a Saturday, he and crew installed the system by Monday (excellent price, cleanup was impeccable, and the system works perfectly), very significant for us was that they were patient and so very helpful (offering advice on how to save money, care/maintain the system, etc, etc). We highly recommend this company!

Thought I just needed a Spring tune-up before I turned the A/C on, but after they realized how old the system was (21 yrs) they recommended not fixing it. In just a few days I had a brand new, quiet, energy efficient system installed, right before it turned 90+ degrees. Thank you Thermo Impact for your recommendation. I called service magic, they gave me Thermo impact. I spoke with Jeff Moritz. He immediately went out to the house & got everything that was needed, checked every concern I had since it turned out to be a big job. I was not there, so we spoke over the phone even Jeff went out on a Saturday, calling me later that night to say he'd be back over there on Monday. My tenate raved about Jeff, his professional attitude saying he worked extremely hard,paying attention to EVERY detail. Even checked my other tenants furnace too. He went way above our expectations. Jeff and his crew were awesome. They installed a gas boiler hot water radiator system in my home.
