Quick to respond. Flexible to work with. Discovered other related and unrelated issues. My house was built in 1996 new, but ducts and vents were nevered serviced. He cleared all ducts and vents. While in the attic (it was high 90's) he discovered evidence of rodents from their poops. He also explained how I can check and clean up exhaust vents, bathrooms (3) and dryer. Will use again.
