I purchased a worry-free warranty plan from Living Spaces, as they assured me it would cover any issues with my sofa. However, my experience with their subcontracted service company has been anything but worry-free. The first time I made a claim for a stain, the technician arrived with what appeared to be standard carpet cleaning equipment not specialized tools or products for upholstery. He attempted to clean the sofa, but after allowing it to dry as instructed, I discovered the stain had not been removed. When I submitted a second claim after a holiday gathering caused additional stains, the claim was initially denied without explanation. Only after I pointed out their error and referenced consumer protection laws did the company acknowledge their mistake and approve the claim. They sent a technician named Dylan to my home. To my surprise, Dylan arrived without any cleaning equipment and stated he was only there to inspect the sofa. Upon looking at it, he immediately dismissed

HE repaired a used electric chair that had broken and explained what could break again and if it would be recommend to fix it or just to replace it. This was a chair that would take at least $1500,00 to replace so it was important to me if it could be repaired.

My table top was a total disaster when he received it(a prior co. Had refinished wrong!). All my chairs and table legs were pretty banged up, also my chairs needed rrecovering. My table and everything came back looking like a BRAND NEW SET! Beautiful work and obviously VERY TALENTED AND GIFTED Iin this area! I would not hesitate to hire again and am busy recommending him to all my friends in need of his services!!! I was so excited to have my glider and ottoman fixed at my home. Dylan was very professional and quick and showed me the problem right away.

He had to make 2 trips, I completely forgot about it! When he made the 2nd trip He didn't charge me the $75.00 service charge for the first trip. He fixed our electric recliner in less than an hour, it was just a frayed wire so he replaced the wiring harness and didn't charge us for the part! Just the service call. We gladly paid the $75.00! He is friendly and is very skillful. I would recommend him for any type of furniture repairs and he can restore faded leather like ours too. MLB.
