We hired Green Bay to do many things, but our most important job was never done. Thus, we are putting half stars in spite of work that was done that was sufficient (but never finished), because we want to warn others not to hire them. Something changed in the June/July time frame after we hired them. They took too much of our money (about 40k) upfront, did not meet city deadlines, refused to respond when we disagreed on paying more money without results from what we had already paid and in the end, lacked the honesty and excellent service they boasted about. We had to break our contract with them and find someone else who was able to right way, for much less cost, get the first step in our process done.

Not sure where the five star ratings are coming from - must be a different company. My experience is more like the last couple of reviews. Basic master bathroom remodeling project looked like the first week of progress 5 months later. Failed inspections numerous times - guys did not know what they were doing and no coordination of the work. Management was very unresponsive and we went days and sometimes weeks without anyone showing up. The last straw was when there was no progress for almost two months. Ultimately had to break the contract with these guys and hire another company. Still trying to recover losses from the work paid for but never completed.

This business needs a better line of communication from owners to craftsmen to client. Be prepared to be your own project manager. Keep all of the records of purchases that you make and the checks that you write to the company. The owners never had those documents with them. The workmen were competent but messy in their work. They did not clean up well before they left and did damage to a fence and sidewalk and a wall. Do not hire this company.

Work hasn t been completed in over half a year. Some if the employees are rude. The subcontractors do not know what they are doing and they do their work while messing up our house.

Do not fall for Green Bay s reviews on their website. They are far from good. Their work, communication and ethics aren t good.

I hired Green Bay Builders to do a complete remodeling of my kitchen and 2 bathrooms at my house. I had received few other quotes for this massive remodeling, but all of them were expensive and more than that, they made me feel that all they care was to make a sell and nothing else. Shai in the other hand, made me feel very comfortable with his knowledge and experience without giving me some nonsense estimate. The kitchen came out amazing! And the bathrooms too. Everyone who came to my house for a visit said it looks gorgeous. The kitchen work that they did included almost every aspect of it (from new floors to hardware and appliances).The bathrooms also included everything (1 bathroom included a shower jet system and the other one included a bath tub). I am very picky when it comes to details and color matching. Shai was able to nail it! Shai who was the project manager, was always available to my calls/texts about any question or concern that I had. All related issues were addressed in a short manner. Shai says he wants the customer to be happy and he means it. There were no hidden charges and everything was delivered as promised and on budget. They are my go to company for all future projects now.

Prior engaging the professional services of Green Bay Builders, we did a large due diligence, and we met with 4 additional home remodeling companies that ended up with 4 different estimates of our remodeling project. After we met with Joe, we decided to select Green Bay Builders for the work. Shay, is a truly professional and skilled person with no nonsense of any kind. Shay finished our remodeling project on time and his overall price was 80% less than the other ones. During the time of the remodeling, Shay was supervising each and every stage of the work. At the end we are excited with the final results. The team of workers is nice, honest and left the house each day in a clean manner. We are currently planning to have another remodeling project at our house, and we absolutely will not shop around for any other contractor Shay and Green Bay Builders will be the only ones we will call.

They said they could replace my foundation without move-out. So far it s been great not having to re-locate for the construction. They also saved my front and rear porch, which reduced hassles.

We had our home remodeling project completed by Shai and his team at Green Bay Builders that at the end of it, it turned out as a gorgeous project. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and bathrooms while focusing on the green aspect while still having all the functionality and look that we always wanted to have. This remodeling was designed and accomplished by Shai and his professional team who did a wonderful job and they were able to include everything from the tankless water heater, to home automation lighting with LED bulbs and low voltage fixtures and low energy HVAC and double side windows. Our home exceeds California energy efficiency standards by over 40% which also reflected in the monthly bills. We are very happy and lucky to have our *new* home and we want to thank everyone that was involved in this remolding project at our house.

I used Shay at Green Bay Builders and his team of professionals for addition and the master bathroom remodeling. My entire experience with all the people that were involved in that remodeling was excellent and productive! I worked with Shay and his crew hand by hand and we met and talked on a daily basis in regards to the progress of the project. His extra attention to all the details even the smallest ones made us very proud of him and mainly on our right decision on finding him and the company he works for. Originally, we had our concept and vision on what we want to get but Shay highlighted them and implement most of them into the project which brought our dream to a complete success. We added approximately 350 SF/ft to the house which supposed to be a guest room with a small bathroom. After many thoughts and meetings with Shay, we decided to have it as an entertainment space including the installation of a wet bar and a built-in refrigerator. As far as the bathroom: we included a closed bathroom that included a shower and toilet with a frameless door. We absolutely recommend Shay and anyone from the people that were involved in our project to anyone who looking or thinking for any type of home improvement project at their house.

Shai at Green Bay Builders did a breathtaking remodeling job with our new house. From the first time that we met with him at the house, Shai was very knowledge and with extra design skills for everything we asked and thought of doing and he was very easygoing when it comes to go over all the questions we had during the meetings. We had a strict timeline to finish the work because we needed to move in the house and Shai promised us that everything will be complete on that time and he fulfilled his promise! Everything was finished in precise condition and on the time he promised to us. He was at the house daily in order to make sure that there are no delays or problems with the work. We were very happy with what he did for us that we already started to talk with Shai to remodel the second phase of the work to our house.

Shai and his professional and skilled team at Green Bay Builders are by far more than awesome people! We had a deadline to complete our kitchen remodeling project (including demolishing the old one) and Shai promised us that he will be able to do it within this time frame (1 month) and that he will keep it within the agreed budget as well. Shai was at our house each day and managed each step of the work including to make sure that everything will go according to the plan, without any mistakes and that we are pleased with the progress. On the office staff, we worked only with Jenny who handled all the paperwork, orders and invoices. Jenny did a perfect job in that part of the project. She made sure that we will be involved in all the details and permits. After the kitchen was finished and delivered to us, many of our guested gave us so many compliments about how it looks and how functional it becomes (compare to the old kitchen)! We will never hire another home improvement company for any of our future remodeling projects!

What made Green Bay Builders different from the other companies that we thought to hire was the overall services that we got, the attention to all the details that made this remodeling as a perfect one and how they worked with us hand by hand in order to pleased our remodeling dream of the all the elements that were involved. Our satisfaction is based on the overall experience with creative vision, the crew that did the work itself and the added features and the add-ons that were better than what we never thought. The remodeling project did not pass the original quote that we got from them and they stayed behind the promised schedule. All the workers at the team were polite and kindly. Green Bay Builders recently completed my kitchen remodeling project. Our existing kitchen was a complete mess, old and not functional. Shai was able to demolish it completely and to redesign it based on our needs and budget. The work that he did for us took close to a month (based on a daily work) and he made sure to keep the price as he promised me and not to add any hidden charges to some changes that came up during the work. I really love the new kitchen and I recommend Shai and his team for any home remodeling projects.

We were referred to Green Bay Builders by a family friend and we contacted Shai, scheduled a meeting and provided him the vision of what we wanted to have and to also know how much we can spend. Shai came back with his laptop and with a 3D design of the pool including all the hardscape that by far surpassed all of our hopes and his proposal estimate was also within our budget (which means that he listened to us and understood our needs very good). Shai even made some modifications to the placement of the pool which maximized the space of the backyard. Shai estimated the remodeling project as a 3 months project (on a daily basis). We believed that it will take much longer because of the type of the pool that needed a cut into the hillside, hardscape, sprinklers and more and more... But sure enough, they were done with the project a little bit longer than the 3 months. We do recommend Shai and all his team to anyone who is looking to design and build a pool. Shai helped us pick out all the colors for the stones around the pool.

Green Bay Builders designed, demolished and remodeled two bathrooms and the master bedroom suite in a house that we just purchased. The work that they included the replacement of all the old plumbing, relocation of the existing heating vents, create a walk-in closet in the master bedroom and the complete remodeling of two new gorgeous bathrooms. During the remodeling, we lived in the house and Shai helped us to search and buy all the materials and the hardware including all the lighting fixtures, sinks, vanities, tile floor, and more. Our main reasons why we do recommend them are: - The finished work is definitely top quality and without any defects or mistakes in the finishing. - They are honest, skilled and professional people. - They made sure to clean all the working areas during the remodeling. - The way they were able to design and implement the vision and ideas is beyond our expectations. The remodeling was completed a little bit after the scheduled time (which is completely normal). We love the bathrooms and bedroom and it could not be better. The project was completed within our original budget. We will hire Green Bay Builders again!

I am writing this review to thank all the people at Green Bay Builders and to let all of them know and understand how I am very happy and please with everything. My project manager Shay was the main person that in charge of my remodeling project was a great communicator, listener and with an unbelievable overall view of where and what the people need to do and finish. Shays skills and professionalism proved great relationships with everyone that ended in delivering a quality product. The workers were wonderful and worked full days that made sure to finish the work through several problems in order to get the remodeling job finish on time. They also made sure to clean up each day before they left for the day and they were very careful to seal the working space from the rest of the house. I feel very fortunate to hire Green Bay Builders as part of my house.

We purchased a house in Brentwood last November and when we moved into the house, we understood how much we need to remodel it. We contacted several companies in order to check and see what we want to do and to quote us with a fair price for the work. We had some ideas on what and how to design the spaces. When Ben arrived at our house, he started throwing ideas and made some sketches. We really loved right away his concepts. His idea was to open the kitchen and merge it into the living room. In addition to that, he designed a den with metal and colored glass doors with a large outdoor deck at the back yard with French doors that opened from the living room. The whole project took about 2.5 months from start to finish and we did not pass the original budget. Thank you, Ben, for building our truly dream house for us! We really love our new house.

Green Bay Builders was many levels above all the other contractors we have dealt with or worked with. They are truthful, qualified, responsive and able to do much meticulous and beautiful work. At our house, they designed, managed and remodelled our room addition very professionally that we were able to live at the house during the entire work. The addition that we did was behind the house and part of the back yard. We wanted to extend the living room space and to add a formal dining room area. The addition style fit our existing style which is a modern style and we are very pleased.

We are very proud to write here our review for Green Bay Builders. We hired them to do a room addition in order to create an office due to my type of work and to replace the existing roof with a new one. The whole remodeling project was managed and handled by Shai and he did a very professional work in any aspect of it including the managing of his team, sub-contractors, and vendors. All the working people that were involved in the remodeling project from the beginning of it all the way to the completion of it were very responsive, hardworking people, honest, courteous and supportive. During our meetings with Shai, we never felt any type of pressure from him in order to make the sale and to force us signing the contract. He was very informative and clear when it comes to clarifications, or ideas on what to do and most of all, our house was kept in order and clean as possible during the remodeling project. When we worked with them, we clearly noticed how they were very well managed in any aspect of the work, from Billings, handling things, scheduling appointments, issuing permits and more we are very glad that we went with this company! It was definitely worth the time and efforts to find them and mainly to invest the money so we can get this great finished result.

Green Bay Builders upgraded our house and made it look no less than a stunning and great house to live in. the remodeling that they did included all the bedrooms, the kitchen, bathrooms, and the living room. The kitchen was the main part of the remodeling because we spend most of the time there and Ben expanded the current space of it and added storage space, cabinets and more, the bedrooms got a facelift up by adding large crown moldings all around, new paint and floors. The bathrooms were also got a complete new look and the living room was merged to the kitchen! Ben was in communication with us on a daily basis and made sure to inform us of each step of the work. We highly recommend them mainly because of the quality of the work and also for the overall service.

Green Bay Builders did an outstanding remodeling job at my house by converting the 2 car garage into a well-designed guest house. The remodeling project was completed on time and within the promised budget and with minimum interruption to our daily routine. All the assigned people at Green Bay Builders office were very patient, detailed oriented that always answered my questions while the construction people delivered a gorgeous product. I will certainly hire them again!

We hired Green Bay Builders to perform a full remodeling of our kitchen, bathrooms and the first floor remodel. Moti Koka as the general contractor among his team of workers and specialist people did a great job from start to finish. All the workers that worked at the house were problem solvers oriented people and they were able to solve all the problems that came up during the work in a thoughtful manner. We certainly felt during this time that we are being heard and welcomed in the discussion about the remodeling. The kitchen that Moti Koka did included basically everything from cabinets to the handles and hardware. The bathrooms (2 in total) also were demolished completely and rebuilt again. One of the bathrooms included both of shower and bathtub and the other one included only shower. The rest of the tasks in this remodeling included the wood floor and paint with the replacement of all the switches and outlets. Each one of the workers that worked at the house was friendly, polite, hardworking and mainly professional. In addition to all the workers that did the work, the sub-contractors were professional and responsive. We were very satisfied with their work product and the communication they provided. The custom carpentry work was beyond our expectations and Moti Koka made sure the finished details were to our satisfaction.
