Greenbay delivered exactly what they promised and in the time frame they quoted. Our project manager Vlady was a great guy and really helped us select the right materials and look for our master bathroom. We would be happy to do business with them again.

As first-time homeowners, we learned a very valuable lesson from Green Bay Remodeling. A contractor is only as good as its laborers doing the actual work. Yes, they were responsive and attempted to fix problems that came up. BUT the number of issues and the quality of the work was completely unacceptable. And that is what matters at the end of the day because that is what I see every time I go into my bathroom and want to cry about the time, stress, and money wasted on this company. Our project manager liked to remind us that this was our first remodel and we just did not understand how the industry works. I will list our issues below and let you decide for yourself. Wrong window type ordered Plans were drawn up incorrectly with shower niche layout and missing the second outlet Standing water left behind by workers multiple times after the whole reason for remodeling was previous water damage/black mold Broke our vanity twice Peeling/bubbling paint Uneven walls even after multiple attempts at re-mudding Crooked installation of fixtures Improper installation of shower drain causing water to pour out under bathroom for months Toilet rough in too big for flange leading to the loose and unsupported toilet The hole left open and forgotten in the roof for weeks Complete redo of entire shower tile job due to terrible and inexperienced installation The final tile job already has grout cracks and peeling caulk and even several hairline cracks in the tile. Do yourself a favor and hire your own subs because tiling should be done by an expert tiler and not the same laborer that is also doing plumbing, framing, drywall, and paint.

My experience with Green Bay remodeling was a joy I began having 2 bathrooms done by them and was so impressed by the level of detail and professionalism that I decided to have my entire house done. This is a wonderful company to work with. They recently completed a bathroom remodel for me and it turned out perfect. Their strengths are in their commitment to customer service at every level. Danny Lebowski, my project manager, was with me every step of the way from laying out a clear project plan, shopping with me for details like tile and shower fixtures, and insuring that any questions or concerns along the way were dealt with right away. His crew was talented, hardworking, friendly, on time and kept my home very clean and protected during the work. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

We used Green Bay Remodeling for our bathroom remodel project in our condo in Marin. Danny Lebowski was great to work with, his positive and "can do" attitude and honesty was greatly appreciated. Danny and the team were very professional, responsive, and accommodated all our needs, big and small. Danny kept in touch constantly via text, phone calls and Facetime, and he was gracious enough to add a few extras at no cost to the project. Danny helped with the selection of hardware and materials such as tile, paint etc and even helped with the pick up and delivery of items. We would highly recommed Green Bay and Danny for your remodel needs.

Too expensive way too expensive.

If I could give Green Bay an additional star, I absolutely would! We hired Green Bay after meeting with several other contractors. The other contractors either came and then ghosted me after we took them through the work we wanted to be done, or they quoted us prices that were well beyond our budget. Not only was Green Bay very professional when they met with us, but they gave us a fair and honest quote for the scope of work we were asking for. Our project manager was Danny Lebowski and if you end up hiring Green Bay you will want to work with Danny! He is not only incredibly friendly but also incredibly professional. Let me give you 2 examples of this... 1) A subcontractor that they hired to do some flooring mistakenly grouted our new bathroom floors in 1/8 inch grout. Danny called me up and apologized and asked if it would be OK for them to rip up the floors and start over again since we agreed to 1/16 inch grout. I honestly would not have known that this had happened. Danny made sure that Green Bay delivered on what they promised. 2) A relatively major flooding issue was caused by the subcontractor. Upon calling Danny and letting him know what happened, without hesitation, he came over and hired a remediation company to take care of the flooding. And at their own expense! (which was likely considerable). Green Bay fixed all the damage AND through in a few extras to make up for the inconvenience. They never questioned who was at fault after they inspected the damage. They were even willing to put my family up in a hotel while they repaired the damage. This is truly a TOP-NOTCH business! I have recommended this company to every neighbor and friend that has inquired. We actually added to the scope of work while they were working on our bathrooms. And we will be hiring them again when we finally replace our windows. You WILL sleep well at night when you hire them. They are honest and will do a good job for you.

Seemless. We are super happy with this company and plan to hire them again for all our future remodeling needs. Danny was the best project manager, very attentive, professional, and always available.

I was very impressed with Danny Llebowski, our project manager, on our two bathroom remodels. He was very responsive to phone calls and requests. His crew were always pleasant and responded to any changes that I requested. They totally cleaned up every day including vacuuming. I highly recommend this company.

There was engineering invovlved, as the floor and ceiling had to be leveled, not to mention straightening the walls. They were always on time and were meticulous in whatever task was being done. Danny Lebowski, the project mgr.,was great in showing what the design could be like, and was there from start to finish. The final product is superb and beyond expectations!
