We moved into our new home last month and had this joke of a company 'clean' our floors (carpets and tile) and our HVAC ducts. $500 buys you dirtier floors (which we had to scrub out by hand) and uncleaned duct work. Avoid them like the plague.

The representative was so helpful and honest that they couldn't do a complete job because of the structure of the majority of the vents. His name was Victor and I am so impressed with the honesty.

I purchased the carpet cleaning service on Groupon. I was so pleased with the carpet cleaning, plus the fact that the chemicals are environmentally friendly, that I plan to use them in the future whenever I need my carpets cleaned. The technician was polite, clean cut, did a great job, and cleaned up everything afterwards. Plus, the carpets were practically dry upon completion. Usually they are wet for a day or 2. Great job- I will definitely use again.

The cleaning process was great. The technician, however, did not clean up the mess on the hardwood floors. I have tried to clean it but some of the white spots keep showing up. Becausebof the holidays, I have not contacted them about this.

Work was done quickly and well.
