I feel very spoiled by Green Cleaning. They squeezed my deep clean in to their schedule and did not stop cleaning my filthy house until it was sparkling. This cleaning service is consist of 2 maids doing a hands on cleaning. I mean they used towels to clean and a small vacuum to clean. They charged 2 hours for around $125. This type of cleaning service is amateur at best, they left many area unclean and I had to point them out one by one. I told them I need to have the house clean from bottom to top from the beginning but too bad I should have expected from the start.

"We are sorry to hear that you were unhappy. We tried to be accommodating. We waited 1.5 hours on a Friday afternoon for you to arrive to do the cleaning. Afterwards we waited 30 minutes for you to return and do a walk through. During the walk through we addressed a few minor things and it seemed that you were happy. We had no idea that you were unhappy, until you posted this review 10 days afterwards. Although 10 days is outside of our satisfaction guarantee time period, we are willing to return and address anything that we missed."
