Shotty workmanship

I pre-paid for the holiday lighting and the fall lawn clean up and no work was done.

Charged for mulch that was not delivered. That was in May. Just got the refund check in Aug.

I hired this pro for lawn care services. They charged my credit card and did not do any of the work. I have called them several times and they will not call me back and will not refund my money.

Never showed up. Took my money.

Company rep called me 7 or 8 times a week. Any time of day or night to try and get the sale. He always called while I was working or about to go to sleep. I should have known that it was a bad company then....I was looking for an exterminator for spring bug maintenance. When he called and I answered we talked about doing bugs and lawn care and gave me a great price...a great price if someone actually showed up. They took the money that night, 3 weeks ago..they haven't showed up or tried to schedule an appointment with me. I reached out to them about bug spray and they said they weren?t scheduling that at this time. Reached out to them again for any response of someone coming out....took me threatening them to report them on here for a response saying someone would reach out to me this week. Still nothing. Hopefully I can get my money back. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Don't hire this company under any circumstance. HomeAdvisor needs to take action.

They will be doing my lawn this season. I will have a more definitive review once they start.

Still waiting for them to show. Paid $200.00 on 4-22-18.

The Christmas lights were fine, my complaint is they used my credit card for a second charge, $150 for cleaning gutters, which was specifically declined by me and WAS NOT DONE. When I got a billing for that, I spoke to the owner of GreenCo, who said he would issue a credit asap. The credit was not done, and I had to protest the charge with the card company. I received two status reports from Citi Bank stating they had no response from GreenCo. I have been contacted by GreenCo soliciting more work (lawn service I believe) which I have declined. Also, I don't believe a reputable company should retain credit card information and use it again, without authorization, which is what they did.

They are local guys and very delightful people. They worked above and beyond and do incredible work.

I used them for several services over the last 5 years and could not be more satisfied. They are professional and their work is great, they are good guys.

Hire them to clean my gutter and a blocked downspout. They came and said they did not have the right ladder. Never cameback, yet they charged my credit card.

Took awhile for them to come out, but when they did, they did a good job. Only flaw is them not providing a date or time frame.

The men arrived on time, worked quickly, and completed all the work in a timely and neat manner.

NEVER use this company! I hired them and they required payment to book the service. I paid. I waited days and days for them to schedule me. Then they told me they couldn't do what I requested. I said OK, just credit my credit card. After weeks of my phoning them to get the credit processed and only getting excuses about why they couldn't process my credit, I would have to say this is a completely disreputable company. I will now have to file a dispute with the credit card company. I hate having to waste more of my time on this but apparently that is the only way I will get my money back. What is wrong with these people?!?

They did a great job. They were lower than other quotes I received. The work was phenomenal, they went above and beyond what I needed done, but they did it and did it faster than the date they provided me. I will use them for other services in the future. Great company and great people.

I have used the large lawn care companies for years and since I have started using Greenco, my results are better, they treat you like family. Highly recommend them.

They have great follow through, customer service is very good. I like that they are a small business that tailors to my needs. Quality work is great and I would recommend to them to anyone.

They have been doing our lawn care for 3 seasons now. Weed control and fertilizing. I like the personal service of a smaller company. They take time to get to know me and what I need. Their personal service is appreciated and the results are great,

I hired Greenco to install and remove, and store Christmas lights , for $275.00 which I was happy with but then I received and additional charge for $150.00 to have the gutters blown out which I did request this service nor did authorize them to charge my credit card for, I have made several unsuccessful attempts for past 3 weeks to have the charge removed from my account . and they keep saying they are sending me a check for the amt which I have not received. I will file a complaint with the BBB and have sent a dispute form to my credit card co. This is not a good way to run a business

They charged us for the work before it was performed. Still waiting on the service to be performed.

After having bad experiences with other Holiday Lighting co's not showing up, I was extremely happy with this Co. Family business, very honest and very dependable esp on short notice! Will use them in the future and also for other services! Debbie Swallow
