The right price for execlent work. While he was laying a slab of cement for our Spa our roof started to leak and Steve went right to work on it saying our house from extensive dammage. He had to crawl aroung in the attic in 18 incles of insulation and did the job, without bickering. Steve Rogers is willing to go the extra mile for you. One hard working man.

Steve was prompt on coming out to review project and submitting his quote. He was here on time and was impressed that he didn't seem to rush through the job. Had one very minor issue, called Steve at night and he was here next afternoon to correct. I would highly recommend Steve to anyone that has a similar project.

Steve has tried very hard to keep within my budget and provide options that would cost less. He has built a fence and will be doing more work on the house in the near future. He has been honest and communicates within a reasonable amount of time without leaving you hanging. So far I am extremely pleased with his work.

I am very impressed. The things that set them apart: 1) Fast estimate. I submitted the project to Service Magic one day, got a call that night, and had an estimate in hand the next morning. 2) Pricing is very fair, beating other bids by a considerable margin. 3) I liked that he gave a materials price and a labor price separately. In the past I know I've paid mark-ups on materials and chalked it up to "just the way it is". Steven let me buy my own supplies from a materials list he provided, so I knew exactly what it cost and where every dollar was going. 4) Always showed up when expected. 5) Excellent communication, no guess-work.

Steve was excellent. He rebuilt our chimney chase which was damage in the winter storms. Working with a structure engineer, he rebuild the chase to spec. He was on time, on price - even a little below estimate. He found ways to save on cost through reuse of materials. The quality of work was top notch. Today, looking at the chimney chase, you would never know anything had ever happened - it's perfect. Budget pending, we have several jobs we would like Steve to do for us. We are happy to say we have found someone we can rely on.

Steve, the owner repaired, power washed, sanded and sealed my deck. The Deck looks fantastic. He was professional, dependable and reliable.
