Bad experience. Unclear offer. Double charge on my credit card. The salesmsn offered a discount for recomrnding my friend then after applying the product and getting my credit card info, made me sign a contract. Then they charged me twice in a month. I sent proof of the double charge they said I was wrong. I cancelled the contract after sending them several emails with proof of the charge. They didn"t recognized their mistake. Dishonest company. It is a nightmare

If I could give negative stars I would. This company is a scam and provides the worst customer service I've literally ever experienced. TLDR; Green Country Pest will not address complaints. Management is a brick wall who will avoid you at all costs and disregard the issue if you do pester the phone line enough to speak with them. The salesman pressured me to sign this agreement the same day in order to schedule my initial treatment conveniently after my next-door neighbor the following day. The salesman offered a discount to the initial service to incentivize due to the convenience of them coming here for the neighbor anyways. I am a renter and stated that I needed time to discuss this with my landlord prior to signing anything. The salesman then offered an adjusted cancellation fee to mitigate the risk. I cancelled my agreement 2 weeks later upon learning that my landlord had a pest treatment plan of his own for the property. When I called "the office" number for cancellation, I emphasized that we had an off-nominal agreement and they ensured me that management would be in contact with me to confirm the fee prior to any charges. The following day, my card had been charged the full cancellation fee. It has now been 2 months and at least a dozen phone calls back to "the office" contact, which I've now learned is a fully remote work force that is entirely out of touch with management. They've all been pleasant in explaining that the most they can do is flag a note on my account for management to look at, with zero way to actually forward me to a manager for communication. I was told EIGHT TIMES that a manager would call me back ASAP before I received any communication at all. One of these instances, the representative couldn't even access my account because a manager was actively reviewing it and I STILL DID NOT RECEIVE A CALL BACK. Today, 2 months into this circus event, I finally got a call. She stated that they will not be making any adjustments. At this point, I'm not even angry about the charge. I am angry about the complete disorganization and lack of professionalism. They do not care to hear customer complaints or to remedy their wrongs. The manager hung up the phone in the middle of me talking. If you can't adjust the charge to address the mistake your company made, then at least confront the communication holes that were uncovered along the way. This is no way to organize a business. I lost more from the time and effort spent trying to reach someone of authority than I lost from the mischievous cancellation agreement. If a salesman is not authorized to make specialized agreements, then contracts should not be signed on a tablet at the door where fine print cannot be viewed. I asked multiple times where it showed the cancellation policy we discussed and he pointed to the initial service fee emphasizing exactly what we agreed on. It turns out, that it was the inverse of that, they charge the amount discounted from the full price initial service. They should create contracts at the door and email them for review prior to signatures! It is that easy of a fix. If you want to run a shady business with empty promises, then at least provide a document where the agreement can actually be read before we sign it. A tablet document signature makes it far too easy to only show the customer what you want them to see and not the full page, especially when it zooms to only the signature window at time of signing.

Quinton is truly a professional at what he does. Once he did his routine spraying inside and outside, he proceeded to my rear porch with a special broom and "swept" the corners for any webs he found. He then went to my shop in the back and did the same sweeping around the soffit. Perhaps this is routine but for me this is going above and beyond. If you get Quinton to do your pest control, you're going to find a young man who is polite, courteous and very helpful with any questions you may have.
