Prior to this year I had used another pool company for 3 years. That company quit covering my area. As it turned out, that was a lucky break for me ! Green Crest does should a much better job. I don't hesitate to recommend this company!

Do not go with this company. They don't listen to the customer and feel like they can start the work even though I never agreed to it.

"DELICIA T. went out of town to the casinos in Las Vegas while we were scheduled to give her a quote on her above ground pool. She delegated her husband to take care of the pool. Her husband said that he wanted to go with us for service so we started and completed the work that needed to be done. We received a credit card payment with signature approval from husband."

We always pay around 250.00 dollars for closing our pool, but he asked for 1,000.00 ! We told him we could not pay that amount so he came down to 550.00. He told us he would be back the next day. He never showed up. I called him for 3 days. Well he finally came out around 7 that night. The next day the pool was not clean and he did not turn the pump on. When came to pick up his check my husband when would he have the pool ready. His said we needed to hire him to service the pool ever week. We have had this pool for 16 years and we always take care of the pool our self. He was very rude so my husband ask him to leave. I have always had someone to open and close the pool. And we take care of it. I would not recommend him to any one.

"Price included Pool Opening, Bulk Chemicals and Filter Sand change.Customer did not want to purchase bulk chemicals,so the price dropped to $500.00, customer voluntarily gave our guy a tip of $50.00 for good service. Disregard this review as it is a dishonest person. We were hired for a Pool Opening and customer wanted a pool clean up for free. (Maintenance or Cleaning) are separate services and do require payment to preform. Clean up is not included in Pool Openings, our guy worked on her pool over hours until 3 AM in the rain on opening to make sure the customer was taking care of. Customer gave our guy a $50.00 tip because she was so thankful."

STAY AWAY from this company. Bar-Kim, the owner of the company came out to open my pool and introduces himself saying he has about 10 years experience. He then proceeded to ask repeatedly if I had monthly maintenance to which I responded no and informed him that I maintain the pool myself. Bar-Kim proceeded to open my pool by draining the water off the cover, using a pump system he made himself. I had to leave at this point and he assured me he would take care of the pool. Few hours later I receive a call from Bar-Kim informing me that my water heater, which I have never used had a leak and my pump cannot be turned on. Also, my pool is extremely dirty with leaves at the bottom and leeches. Hmmm, my pool was covered. I asked how it was dirty if it had been covered to which he said it was dirty because I didn't have someone like him on a monthly maintenance plan. I asked how he would clean in winter when it is covered. He said someone like him would come out and clean it. Immediately I knew something was up cause I know my pool was clean. I pulled up the tape of my cameras and noticed what I had suspected. Pool was very clean with not leaves when cover was removed. I have on video Bar-Kim DROPPING LEAVES INTO MY POOL BEFORE CALLING ME. Despite me sending him screenshots he tried to deny it and insisted it was because I didn't have someone like him on a plan. As far as the heater goes, he obviously doesn't know what he is doing because he told me I needed to replace my heater when all along the issue was that he didn't put the plug back in. On top of all this, he left without notifying anyone at home and left the water running to fill up the pool. I have screenshots of the video showing his actions and am willing to share with anyone that is interested in them. STAY AWAY. DISHONEST with little or NO KNOWLEDGE

I have tried to hire a Pool Management company for years. No one ever shows up when they say. This company did. I am so happy I now have not only a clean sparkling blue pool, but I also got a longer term commitment for bi-weekly cleaning too.

I was very pleased with the service that Bar-Kim Green did on my hot tub this week. He was very prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and quickly solved the problem (caused by another pool service who had neglected to put back into the motor one of it's parts. I have and will continue to highly recommend Green Crest Pool Management.
