    We had a significant ant, spider, and mosquito problem and employed Green Earth to solve the problem, unfortunately, they failed to take care of the problem. While their failure is frustrating I do not blame their effort, just the product they use did not get the job done for our situation.

    They did not do a very good job. Roaches still everywhere. Underneath counters were not touched. He was here under 10 minutes and gone.

    Work rescheduled 3 times, so I gave up and hired someone else. 1st time-ladder not long enough to do job so he took pictures and rescheduled job and increased price. 2nd time brought wrong ladder so rescheduled job. 3rd time worker called in sick so had to reschedule again so I cancelled job.

    Good Morning, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Looks like there may have been some miscommunication along the way. Us having to treat rafters 20 ft in the air wasn't explained by you . I was told that the issue was a shed not a building with 20ft ceilings. If one of my employees are sick for your safety and my staff the technician can not report to work. I hope everything has been taken care of for you.
