We had a significant ant, spider, and mosquito problem and employed Green Earth to solve the problem, unfortunately, they failed to take care of the problem. While their failure is frustrating I do not blame their effort, just the product they use did not get the job done for our situation.

They did not do a very good job. Roaches still everywhere. Underneath counters were not touched. He was here under 10 minutes and gone.

Work rescheduled 3 times, so I gave up and hired someone else. 1st time-ladder not long enough to do job so he took pictures and rescheduled job and increased price. 2nd time brought wrong ladder so rescheduled job. 3rd time worker called in sick so had to reschedule again so I cancelled job.

"Good Morning, We do apologize for the inconvenience. Looks like there may have been some miscommunication along the way. Us having to treat rafters 20 ft in the air wasn't explained by you . I was told that the issue was a shed not a building with 20ft ceilings. If one of my employees are sick for your safety and my staff the technician can not report to work. I hope everything has been taken care of for you."

John returned my call promptly- almost immediately. I had a problem with red wasps nesting under the wood of my frame house. John lined out the three possible treatments and told me the agents that were used for each (I wanted to know). In a few minutes we had arrived at the treatment plan that would be best for me. The technician, Ryan , came and very promptly took care of the problem and answered my questions thoroughly and politely. Did I mention I had next day service? John and I communicated efficiently by text messages and the whole process of scheduling was nearly effortless. I am also happy that the agents used are eco friendly. I give this company my strongest recommendation.

When I got my quote for bedbugs and scheduled my appointment the next day I was told no other information about the visit other than they d be evaluating and spraying so I d be bed bug free. When the technician got here he said we needed to leave the house and couldn t be here for 3 hours and that I was supposed to have cleaned out basically all my furniture so he could look everywhere. My mom works at home because of the pandemic and can t leave work early so we had to stay so we asked if we could reschedule. He then assured us after calling the main office infront of us that we could stay but it s highly unreccomended so we opted to reschedule but he quickly changed his tone and said it would be fine because he would be putting towels under the doors and we could wear masks. We let him spray and the chemical smell was awful and gave us all headaches and once my mom stopped working we all quickly left. The actual spray did a wonderful job and I have had no problems since, but I wish we had been informed of everything else sooner.

For $108 he put gel in the cupboards and put a few traps (less than 5) In the kitchen only, he did not spray at all or treat other rooms in the house, did not do the yard, no mosquito traps.

"Good morning, The technician used a flushing agent for the crack and crevice treatment throughout the kitchen as well as baiting. The technician also placed glue boards (monitoring strips) to help control as well. Our agreement did not include mosquitoes. Also the only area discussed over the phone was only the KITCHEN to be treated which is in the original appointment notes. I can provide all this information if needed. Feel free to give us a call at our office to help you if needed . After looking at your account I have also noticed no note of unsatisfactory services.Sorry I am a bit confused."
