David Jr did a fabulous job added more insulation than bid on to help me keep energy costs down

David West of C&D Remodeling and Repair, did an overall fantastic job! I am and would recommend them to everyone!

David West did an outstanding job! The job took longer than expected because of our Florida rain storms, but I would highly recommend this company to anyone! TOTALLY OUTSTANDING!

He was an expert and very nice

I paid this company $2,950 in April to fix the roof of my Florida room, the drywall and the roof of my detached garage. David tore the roof completely off of my Florida room and stripped the detached garage down to the plywood. When it rained, a portion the ceiling to my Florida room collapsed (apparently the tarps were not installed correctly). David removed some of the ceiling and drywall. Everytime it rained, the room would get completely soaked.He has not done any further work on my house, or returned any of the money paid to him. Multiple times he has said that he will come and complete the job that he was paid to do, but hasn't. I'm left with a destroyed room, and out the $2,950 that was paid to this company.

David and his team were great. He was the only HA professional that I contacted that gave me both an over the phone estimate and came to inspect the property before scheduling the job (the other two HA professionals used tax records and seemed less than interested in coming out before starting the job). His crew showed up on time, blew is 14 inches of insulation on top of what we already had, cleaned up thoroughly after they were done, and were so professional. I would highly recommend David.

I am now suing David West for the deposit of 1600.00. He did not show up for work on the agreed date and time and did not call either. He is a dishonest person I would not trust he at all. I also think that Home Advisor does not know that he is this dishonest. Honesty is the most important thing to me and I told this to David West before I gave him the job. (I was so wrong).

David's workers were professional and did a great job once they were able to get started....the first air blower they were given didn't work - no fault of there's.

they did a good job with my blown in insulation. They got into all the hard to reach areas and applied to the ductwork as well. Work went quickly and they cleaned up great. we are looking forward to reduced electric bills this summer. Watch out for companies that say they will bring your R value up to a certain level if you have 6 inch they may only add 6 inch more. i had an estimate from one like this and they were cheaper but not adding as much insulation as hey were including what was already there. C&D added the thickness they said they would on top of whatever was there already.

It was the worse choice I have made in years.  Stay away from this guy, David West.

David West showed up on time to give the initial estimate. He and his team of 2 came to do the work on time and all had pleasant personalities. They did great work and also followed up by emailing color photos of the areas in the attic that were repaired. David was very informative about his knowledge of home insulation and gave a fair price for the tough job of pulling back rolled fiberglass insulation from the edges surrounding my attic in order for air to flow freely. Job well done!

The whole process was painless. We actually decided to install radiant barrier and Charles made sure the rest of the batt we had was installed also. Start to finish was quick. His install team are a hard working team.

David West came by the morning following contact. He evaluated the problem and they actually were able to get the job done the same day! David and his son worked efficiently and were very thoughtful even about the clean up afterwards. He is very knowledgeable and explains what needs to be done and why. I would hire him again in the future.
