Even though our furnace died (it was old) still have to commend the professional, knowledgeable and kind staff at Green Energy who not only came over immediately to render assistance but also brought us space heaters while we wait for them to install our new system. Irvin lightened the mood and answered all our questions while helping us understand the issue and pick the best next solution. Terry was awesome since day 1 and both have been great with our kid ð ¶. Great experience overall

Spoke with Samantha to set up appointment. Although not the technician, seemed very knowledgeable and helpful. That right there made my decision to use them a lot easier. Edson was the technician and genuinely cared to make sure his readings and tests identified the issue.

I hope I never have to need them them professionally again, but I'll be contacting them if I do!

They called back promptly to make an appt,,they called to confirm, they came on time, & were very polite. . They also wore masks & shoe covers, & educated me on taking care of furnace / filters. Perfect

Our Burnham boiler has been giving us issues this winter after just purchasing the new house over the summer. We've come home a number of times to no heat and a cold house, but had luckily managed to YouTube our way into figuring out fixes. This time unfortunately we couldn't figure it out and needed to search for an HVAC contractor. Green Energy was the first company I could even get to answer my call. At 9am Melissa was able to set me up with a day of appointment, Terry was at our house by 1pm. Since this boiler type is still new to us, Terry was great with explaining the workings of the equipment, and just some general tips for upkeep. It ended up being a simple fix with a loose relay, however I would of never been able to figure that out on my own. Terry ended up also doing a general servicing and cleaning of the unit, which they recommend annually to help the equipment last longer (we're positive the previous owners never did it). I would highly recommend Terry, he was knowledgeable and overall good guy. We also plan to sign up for their annual membership program and use Green Energy moving forward.

Lost heat on coldest day of the year so far. When we came home after being out for 3 hours or so, the temperature in the house had dropped from 70 to 61. Green Energy was able to get to our home in about 2 hours and corrected the problem quickly.

Green Energy have a fair price, and both their office and field staff have great customer service. The installer went over everything and answered all of my questions. They made sure the system was properly flushed and stayed late to make sure it was. They also explained the thermostat ins and outs. So far so good - I would recommend

Service guys were good, but $688 for a circulator pump seems expensive.

Service guy was very thorough and explained everything he did. Also what he would recommend to be done come spring. Like the idea of a service plan they offer coming twice a year to check heat pump. Would totally recommend them to others having heat pumps.

Green energy was great. Eric communicated well every step of the way and made the needed repairs to my furnace in a timely fashion. I would hire them again.

Service was great from the initial call to book and appointment to the AC tune up appointment. I received a text when the tech was on the way and then a call from the tech when he was 10 minutes away. The tech, Terry, was professional and respectful of my home. He was concise and went through the service report and took the time to answer questions. They are responsibly priced and reliable.

I'm submitting this review about 2yrs late. The Guys at Green energy are great! While they had a hard time transforming my house's old oil system to gas, Jonathan never stopped taking my calls (don't take that from granted, many contractors don't care once they have your money). They worked on it for several weeks--tweaking it until it finally took. 2 winters later, it works perfectly. I'm sure other contractors could've had the same problem and not been as responsive and committed as them. I'll definitely be hiring them to convert to tank-less water heating and to install AC!

The installer Joshua was very polite, efficient and treated my home as if it were his own. The job had to be completed in a timely manner due to impending surgery on my part and this company delivered on time and had great communication skills. They kept me abreast of the schedule so I felt comfortable they were on schedule and I had nothing to worry about. I would certainly recommend this company. Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Also, their price was about $4-5K less than the competitor I received a quote from.
