Be aware,be aware ?Lawn treatment on June 15, 2026 in O?Fallon, Missouri. My brand new sod was completely green and healthy. They charged my account without authorization and after the service my lawn appeared burned with yellow patches that turned brown?classic brown patch fungus. The technician came, saw the damage, and said it ?wasn?t their responsibility.? They have no written contract, ignored my complaint, and the BBB already has multiple similar complaints against them. I attached before and after photos. Do not recommend this company.? You can file a free BBB complaint at bbb.org/file-a-complaint?they?ll forward it to the company and give them 30 days to respond,

All of our services are continuous from season to season to provide the most consistent care, and we always ask with the renewal emails sent in the off season that our office be contacted if any adjustments are needed prior to the season starting. Looking into your account and notes, we see that a manager from our team attempted to come out to the property to evaluate and speak with you about the issues you were seeing. He was trying to communicate that this is not a burn or damage caused by our treatment, but a disease issue that we would be happy to work with you to help resolve. You had not allowed him to further assess to ensure this was the right direction to move in, requesting that he leave the property. As this is not a damage that was done by our team there is not a repair that can be compensated. Please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist you with. Thank you. "

I wasn’t home at the time which was unfortunate because I wasn’t able to talk to Pat.
I have had an on going problem with getting rid of lilacs in the back yard. I’ve been told it’s a tough one to get rid of to many times.
I need Green Envy to come out and address the on going problem that I have had for too long.

I cancelled my account before any service was performed . Requested a refund . No contract nothing signed . Was told my account was canceled Here we are a month later still no refund . I have been lied to and given the run around all this time . I have called them 3 times and been lied to three times . This is the worst company I have ever delt with. THEY WILL LOSE , I WILL GO TO ANY MEASURE TO GET MY MONEY BACK.
I am 75 years old only trying to get my that i am owed . I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND

They have been great to work with. Set up the initial yard maintenance agreement and I have never had to chase them. Our front yard looks good and we expect next year, we all the work they have done, we look even better.

I have done weed control myself. I have hired a couple different companies. Green Envy has done the least effective job of any of those options and did not address my concerns and complaints over a 60 day period. They were never rude but after an entire summer of their service from March-September 8, my yard looks less healthy and has more weeds than it has in 4 summers at this house. I would not recommend them.

They never give advanced notice of a visit, which makes it difficult with our dog, who is sometimes sensitive to fertilizers. Also, despite fall aeration and over seeding and several fertilizer treatments this spring, my lawn has never looked so bad. I had better results doing this myself.
