I hired GreenGate to care for my turf, including fertilization, weed and insect control, and also for annual sprinkler maintenance and repair. On their recommendation, I have also invested in plug aeration twice in 5 months plus black leaf compost. I am spending a fortune but not seeing any results. In fact, my yard looks worse than ever. They claim to be the BEST in turf care management, but I am not impressed. They send their techs out who treat every yard exactly the same... I thought they would provide a more individualized service, but as it turns out, it is pretty much a--one-size fits all-- program. Very disappointed, and I get no where with the people that run this place.

This is not a a company that I would ever recommend, nor hire again in the future. They're online presents is false, nothing true about the website. My yard looks much worse than when I hired them. hired for lawn service and fertilization, and they attempted to nickle and dime me... had to fire the lawn care person in early July. October fire the fertilization.. part, yard is full of weeds and would like to get refunded on the work done, since March. No progress, and as if I threw the money on top of the messy yard. Feels taken by this whole experience.

Everything done is extra cost. Although I was paying for fertilizer and lawn treatment, each weed seemed to have a price. About $338 to treat sod web worm which is everywhere in my yard now. About $75 for one weed-nut sedge. In addition to 8 visits for treatments during the year, looking I would have been at about $1K. Liked organic approach, Keith's customer service and responsive office staff. Tried lawn mowing but preferred our prior team's edging and flower bed blowing, just more thorough. Used for about 8 months but moving on now. Liked the client website tools, office staff and Keith. Service was timely and on schedule.

Green Gate is an adequate Lawn & Garden Care business. The only issue I had is that when the gate was locked for security reasons I was instructed by the owner to add either a combination lock or some other type of lock so the crew can have access. That was an ok answer , but all the crew had to do was ring the door bell and my wife would have opened the gate or a simple phone call. A 2nd visit to cut the backyard could have been avoided.

Justin, Miguel and Wilson worked a whole day on our yard. They took pride in their work and were an absolute pleasure to deal with. Long may this continue. Really happy with our yard. We will probably go with the lawn care program too as the products they use are second to none, recommended by master gardeners and healthy not only for the yard but the environment too.
