Matt was just a pleasant person...was considerate and patient as I'm hearing impaired...did a GREAT job repairing my pool heater....and the price...including parts and labor was VERY reasonable. I would recommend him to ANYONE who has a pool !
Matt was prompt and helpful diagnosing in his first visit June 1st. However, he was supposed to come back to repair the skimmer. It is now 6 weeks later and I have still not heard or seen him. I have called, text, and emailed multiple times and gotten no response. The pool cannot be used until the skimmer is replaced so this is incredibly frustrating. I'm disappointed in the lack of response and still trying to get this repaired.
I hired Matt to come out 2 times a month to clean pool. Very knowledgeable, very helpful. I don't know what happened. I hope he is ok. I left numerous messages and VM - unreturned. Hoping that he is just very busy. Please call anytime to sort this problem out.

Matt's service was the very definition of customer service. He was very responsive, knowledgeable, trustworthy, easy to talk to, and sympathetic to your needs. My pool heater stopped working just before the weekend of my party and it wouldn't be a success without his prompt and excellent service.
Nearly $2,000 for new pool pump installation. It does not work- probably due to simple programming which could be solved with a phone call. However, I can not reach anyone this company.
There was a miscommunication between the homeowner and myself. I had emailed some tips/instructions on programming the pump which was not received. Once I found out that he was having issues, I called immediately and was there the same day to take care of the programming issue. When I left, everything was running smoothly and his wife and son were comfortable with the pump's operation. I apologize for the mix up. I would not knowingly leave a customer with an inoperable system that I had installed!
