I would like to thank Ray and Brian. We had our sewer back up into the house . Ray came and assessed the damage. That same night Brian came and sucked up the water. They left a fan and extra dehumidifier over night. Brian returned the next day, shampooed and sanitized the entire carpet. I would highly recommend Green Genie.

Took care of my flooded basement quickly. Brought pieces of equipment and left them in my basement for several days . Then came back and did the tear out and clean up . Also took care of insurance company and getting claim done . Very happy ! Would recommend .

Didn't exaggerate situation. Were able to quickly schedule service. The solution used on basement rafters left them looking like new. Pd assessor fee, Green Genie fee, purchased 5 gal DryLock paint for walls and paid labor fee to 2 workers AND purchased dehumidifier to keep 15 year warranty in effect. All that cost me less than half 3 estimates I got from other companies. Highly recommend Green Genie.

Difficult to answer value question. Cost $ 2,100 to spray my attic. Didn't take long, they seemed to care. They gave a 15 year guarantee. Owner always answered calls and was very professional, the workers were always on time too.

They are located in buffalo so they had to charge a trip fee of 135.00 to get to EVL. Other than that I was satisfied with the work they did. I dealt with the owner and he was very professional.

John is a nice guy and did a god job however the plumber who does work for him (Kevin the Plumber) Took me for thousands of dollars. If you need a plumber make sure John does not recommend Kevin the Plumber I told John about this issue, but I am not sure he believed me. If John is still working with Kevin the Plumber then John is just as guilty as Kevin is. Please be very careful.

"Craig, Kevin has his own plumbing company and does not work for Green Genie. He answered the call when you had 3ft of water in the basement and needed a new sump pump and furnaces. I'm sorry to hear you had issues with the outside dig in the spring. Green Genie received no financial compensation nor do we work with Kevin. our job was to deal with flood restoration that I believe went well for your home."

They cancelled the appt at the last minute when they found out the mold had already been remediated by the current homeowner. My client had ordered a mold inspection and STILL wanted one; but when the owner of this company realized they were only inspecting, which my client was happy to pay for, they cancelled the job an hour before the appt. With no apology.
