My issue was on a Sunday. Demetrius from Expert Pest Control was the first to respond and handled the situation immediately and professionally. He explained to me exactly what he was doing and the expected results. 7 days later, with patience, the issue was resolved.

If I ever have any form of a pest problem this company will be the first I call again! I was not disappointed with the service. They checked my home and even caught the raccoon.

Highly responsive. Professional, extremely thorough, and takes time to explain process and options.

Job well done. No wasting time with these guys. They get right to work.

Pope was very friendly, knowledgeable, and thorough when he came to my house to spray for bugs. It has been a couple of weeks since he has been here and I have not seen any bugs!! He did an excellent job and I would recommend Expert Pets Control to anyone looking for an exterminator.

They were very thorough in what they did and fixed but we had to get them back a few days later because we didn’t get all the raccoons. There was no activity for 5 days and then they destroyed my soffit again!! Hopefully this time they will get the female. They are very friendly and competent company and would refer them to anyone

It was a complicated job. They stuck with it making several trips at times that were convenient for me. Great father and son team!!!

Very professional!

Very professional did a thorough job

They returned my call promptly. the day they were to due to come out, they called to let me know they were running about an hour late .That day the temps were over 90° They told me they could not find a nest on my property that it had to be somewhere else in my complex I asked them to still spray my trees and they explained to me that spraying would not make the wasps go away and they would most likely be back in 3 weeks They wanted to make that very clear to me. I understood what they were telling me but I still wanted it sprayed so at least I could get out there and start cutting bushes and trees back

They came over very quickly and returned quickly when we learned the hornets came back the next day. He says in 27 years of business, that never happened before. Hornets are dangerous!

Too pricey.

Great work ethic great price as well
