Geoffrey with Green Habitat far exceeded expectations on my basement finishing project. His business professionalism and detailed execution was far above any I have ever experienced from the numerous contractors I have interacted with over the years. From the initial visit for an estimate Geoffrey assured me he would treat the project as if he was working in his own house, and he delivered on this promise all the way to the end; I even trusted him to continue to work on the project while I was out of the country for a few weeks on vacation. Received estimates from 8 contractors (both large and small companies) prior to selecting Green Habitat... save yourself some time and call Geoffrey, and ask to see pictures of his prior projects; you will not regret it. Green Habitat provided total project oversight of my basement finishing from electric, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, framing, tiling, drywall, and painting, as well as ensuring all work exceed county permit and county inspector requirements.

They did an excellent job in a few days. I am very happy with the replacement and stain on the deck. Another outstanding project. When needed, I will be using them again. They also did a painting job and I would say this: They were very professional. Timely and an outstanding paint job. The house looks beautiful! I will be telling others of the great job they did and I will use them again.

They were able to complete the renovation that took 4 months to fix in under 2 weeks and we love the results. Geoffrey came in almost every day and any issues we saw or that he did not see as perfection was immediately brought to the contractors' attention and fixed. We had our home restored before the New Year and love it more than when we initially purchased the home.
