They did not acquire the required permit after assuring me everything would be taken care of. I had to deal with it. Other companies would have handled it. When I called the owner he gave me the run around. As far as the fencing, he left spaces and chose pieces with huge knotholes and warping. We paid him more than other estimates because he gave us a line on how perfect his fencing work is by him and his crew. Bad news i believed him.

Carlos comes across as knowledgeable, approachable, and focused on quality craftsmanship. Unfortunately, his planning, attention to detail, work ethic, and fit & finish quality proved to be not up to par. I was hesitant to write a review at first, since I was hoping he could learn and improve from the experience. There were a lot of red-flags as the project was underway (failed inspections and argumentative w/ the inspector, disconnected or blocked phone numbers, not showing up at all some days, or others not until very late in the afternoon). The project, scheduled to be three weeks in length, started in late July and the final work was not finished until late last week (October). There are a few items still not completed, but I felt I needed to minimize losses and move on, so have faithfully made final payment. After having his work crew come to my house today, and then again tonight, to advise that none of them had been paid (over a 10 week period), and that Carlos untruthfully told them he was waiting for me to pay him (I've paid in full at multiple times and sometimes in advance so he could "take care of his guys"), I need to make sure I'm protecting anyone else thinking of using Green Heaven. Please avoid at all costs, and I sure hope these workers are able to get their hard-earned paychecks from him. :(

I hired this contractor to install a vinyl fence, not only did it take over 3 weeks for them to complete the project but they installed the wrong fence. I have the contractor all the specs per my HOA, photos and showed him in person what the fence should look like and he installed the wrong one. Now, I am being fined by my HOA and the contractor will not return my calls, emails or texts and has not replaced the fence so I will have to take him to small claims court to recover my money. I have all communication showing he was told exactly what the fence needs to look like and the color.

While weather impacted getting started, I was able to work with Carlos to keep informed of delays and getting the project completed in a timely manner.

They were very courteous and prompt. We called them and Carlos came and gave us a bid for fence repair the next day. Within a week, the repair was done. Great workmanship. Very reasonable on price.

I love my fence. They used very good materials. I would recommend this company. Cost was reasonable. Very considerate of us seniors.

Carlos and crew did an excellent job under some very difficult working conditions.

Very helpful and hard workers.

Just does good work and makes sure it's done right!
