Tommy came out, along with 2 other companies, and gave me an estimate, he not only tried to stay within my budget, he gave me some creative options that I had not thought about! Tommy’s customer relations skills are excellent! The other 2 guys, were way over my budget and they didn’t offer me alternatives! He completed the work when promised and I was completely happy with the finished job! Made me happy that I chose Green Heron to do the job!

This company totally exceeded my hopes and expectations from the beginning of the project to the end. From a very thoughtful and thorough proposal and vision to the execution and completion, I could not be happier with the work done and the care and professionalism that was shown throughout the entire experience. These are the hardest working group of landscapers I have ever seen- they worked ALL day, for days, and did everything meticulously and with perfection in mind. They trimmed an out of control tree, installed an incredibly impressive and needed drainage system under my patio, and then beautified the space with the pavers and a rock garden! I’m so excited to spend my summers out on my patio paradise now!!! Do not think twice about hiring Green Heron to take care of all your outdoor needs!! You will NOT be disappointed and your outside space will be the envy of the whole neighborhood!!! Very affordable and professional and the quality of work will amaze you. Thank you!!!!!

Tommy went above-and-beyond to repair the edge course of pavers on my back patio that were coming loose. Some things I appreciated: First, he took the time to remove the edge pavers and clean off all the old construction adhesive (which is difficult and tedious work!). He poured a formed concrete foundation to create a superior longer-lasting foundation for the edge pavers where foot traffic would be the highest and he also applied a hidden layer of concrete under all the other cantilevered edge pavers to prevent future loosening. He reset the pavers in mortar instead of using construction adhesive (which is a superior technique) and meticulously fill all the gaps with polymeric sand. Pricing was very reasonable and great value for the level of detail and craftmanship I received. The end product looks perfect and will last a long time. Tommy is professional is highly experienced (15 years as of 2026) and takes pride in his workmanship. I would definately recommend him.

They did a great job! They were very easy to talk to and very helpful planning the landscaping design. They always let you know when they would be there or if they were running late. We really appreciated that. I would hire them again .
