"This is a project done 5 years ago, in 2014. It is unfortunate there is water now coming in from the outside, but this is an issue that should be handled by a roofing company. Water dribbling in from the outside during the rain is an issue with the flashing, not the insulation. We will try reaching you, again to discuss this. Water dribbling down your chimney indicates a gap in the flashing outside and should be corrected by a roofer."
"Thank you for your kind feedback. No question about it....it was cold. It was rather crazy to see exposed plumbing situated in your cold garage and no doubt this was going to cause considerable problems for you. I am glad that we were able to make a difference - Matt"
"Thanks Joe, We really enjoyed working with you as well. No doubt you are going to experience a much warmer home as a result with some real savings on your utility bills. Appreciated, Matt"
"Hi Sandy D, Be careful in what you ask for :-) No doubt you have had many opportunities this winter to see the difference in your home now that it is both tighter and with improved insulation. I am glad that we were here to help keep you warm."
