This process was so positive. We had duct cleaning performed. The crew arrived on time and worked diligently in a professional matter. They cleaned up and positioned the furniture back perfectly once they were done. Great experience and very good work! Highly recommend!

They were professional and seemed to know what they were doing. I was disappointed that none of them had been vaccinated for covid. They gladly wore masks. In hindsight, I may not allow anyone else do work for me if they have not been vaccinated.

Green Home Solutions did a fabulous job on my home! I had noticed a weird smell coming from my vents, and Justin came out and tested my air quality. He listened carefully and took all my concerns seriously. It turns out I did have mold and he came back to treat my entire house. His work was extremely thorough and well executed. He was transparent with all their products, policies, and prices, and kept me informed throughout the entire process. Friendly, professional and easy to work with. Green Home Solutions was a great choice for removal of mold in my home. Jason was informative and did not mind answering my many questions. He even went into detail into explaining to me things to do to keep the mold away. He was always professional. The service was amazing removing the mold and even most of the smell. Green Home Solutions did a great job! Arranged to come out to inspect for mold, did a thorough job of locating the problem area and explaining how to get rid of the mold and smell. The sent a estimate, and we agreed to a date for the project. They were on time, cleaned the entire crawl space. (removed items we didn't even know was being stored there!) After they sprayed the area, we noticed an almost immediate difference in the odor in the house! Day 2 they did the inside of the house. Though it took longer than I expected, it was worth it! I will recommend them to anyone needing this service.

Green Home Solutions was AMAZING. They were, from the start, the exact opposite of another company we had recently used. Justin answered my call immediately. Beyond their professionalism, though, I love that their company does not use the common chemicals used to treat mold, and they are environmentally aware. They are 6 stars out of five in every way. When I came across Justin and Green Home Solutions, I had already had a terrible experience with a different Triangle company who advertised themselves as mold specialists but were instead incredibly unprofessional. They did not consistently answer questions in person, by email, or by phone, and they came without necessary tools to perform requested testing. They came in unprofessional attire and an unmarked car. They arrived late. They delivered our results but offered very little information on what to make of those results and what we might do for next steps. Their services, however, came with one of highest price tags I found in the local industry. Justin (Green Home Solutions), on the other hand, answered all of my questions, went over my past report free of charge before even meeting me, and he offered to do air testing in our home for a fraction of the price we had before paid and for extra testing. He genuinely cares about people and human health. When Justin came out to our home, he appeared promptly at the scheduled time and was prepared for the job. He dressed in professional attire and with a marked car. He went through every part of our home, performed air testing in every room, and he even used infrared on our walls to test for moisture in common problem areas. He was easy to talk toâ kind, personable, and a joy to have in our home. He is clearly trustworthy. After the testing, Justin kept us apprised through every step. When there was a delay at the lab, he notified us immediately, and he got us our results in a flash. He delivered those results by email with a thorough reading of them and with his professional recommendations. The recommendations were clear and concise. He offered us context for his recommendations. He followed up with a phone call to answer any questions and to be sure we got the news as soon as possible. Hiring Justin and Green Home Solutions was a light during a very difficult time in our home-owning career. His kindness, competenceâ no, brillianceâ was absolutely incredible. He is a gem. Since then, I have gone to Justin with other mold questions, and he kindly has made himself available to me and my family even when he had no contract. Let it suffice to say, this company is 100 percent there for its customers during and long after their service with them. He is our go-to, and we are extremely fortunate to have him. I insisted my mother use Green Home Solutionsâ services, and she is currently in the process of making an appointment with them. If you have any need for their services, donâ t wait! They took their time explaining the process and issues to me and I could tell they would go a good job and they delivered! My crawl space is prettiest crawl spaces I've ever seen and the mold/humidity smell in my house is gone because of their safe and effective methods. I highly recommend and already have to other folks!

This team is both personal and professional

I would definitely recommend these guys! They made a thorough inspection of my crawl space for mold and also tested the air quality inside my house. The turnaround from getting the air samples and the diagnosis was very quick and efficient and the price they quoted for the mold removal and encapsulation was very reasonable. Justin and Jason returned within a couple of days to perform the job and they were very polite, professional and knowledgeable. My crawl space is now mold free and with the encapsulation and dehumidifier it wonâ t be returning anytime soon!
