Everyone I dealt with was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. The technicians who came to my home left everything clean (they took better care of my floors than I do). I've had mold remediation before from another company and that time when I got home the whole house reeked of bleach. This time the upstairs smelled normal, and the basement didn't smell bad at all - the odor was very clean. I definitely recommend!

My job was a massive undertaking and the results have been amazing. I have a long history of hypersensitivity to molds, chemicals, scents and perfumes, voc's etc.. which I have battled all my life. I bought an older home (1930's) with a basement that was built out many years ago and had mold trapped behind the walls, buildup in the HVAC system, and plugin air fresheners (another thing I am very sensitive to) were all over the house masking the smell of the mold. The first night in the house I had an asthma attack and had to wear an N95 mask anytime I was in the house. I called Green Home Solutions, they assessed the issues and gave me a comprehensive plan. They began the remediation by gutting the basement buildout down to the concrete block walls, arranging for dumpsters to dispose of the contaminated panelling and drywall, followed by their disinfectant fungicidal cleaner, enzyme treatment, cleaning and disinfection of the HVAC ducts and system, air washing, ozone treatment, they scrubbed every floor, wall and ceiling surface in the structure, and fogged the whole whole place with their Whole Home Reset disinfection service. Basically, they threw everything they had at it, worked on the house for a week, and the results were nothing short of miraculous. I noticed a faint smell of ozone upon moving back into my home, which dissipated completely within a couple of days. The basement had a very faint "detergent" smell after the work was done which also went away after a few days. The air in my home smells completely neutral now and I no longer have any respiratory issues. Studs and floor joists in the basement that were revealed to be black with mold when the paneling came down now look new and snow white. The smell of the oil based plug-in air fresheners, which I have found to be very hard to get rid of in other homes, is completely gone. When the furnace turns on, the stale/burned/musty/mildew smell that was once there has been replaced by clean, neutral smelling air. When I got home from work last night, the only smell I detected in the entire house was the stew I had in the crock pot. Brilliant! Their professional service and attention to detail made the process as easy as possible, given the circumstances. I would highly recommend Green Home Solutions to anyone with environmental issues in their home or business, especially those like me who battle with hypersensitivity to airborne mold, toxins and contaminants. I had a great experience with Green Home Solutions! They found and fixed two water leaks under my kitchen sink and took care of the mold that came with it. They also inspected my crawl space since the water had leaked down there and treated additional mold they found. On top of that, they cleaned my air ducts, which were in really bad shape—now they’re spotless. The team was professional, thorough, and easy to work with. Iv had some previous allergies related to the mold issues and I know that they will be greatly improved by treating our home with these amazing clean products that GHS use. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone!
