I met with Mr.Picciallo at the locale. He was prompt and arrived on time. He was friendly and explained in detail what he would do and e-mailed me the total cost of the project, which was lower than I had expected. He and 2 workers came on 2 days to remove all damaged property,cleaned what was useable and moved all salvageable items from molded storage unit to another clean one. All during cold, icy rain. His 2 helpers were young, polite and hard workers. I definitely would recommend this company.

Since completing the original scope of work, he has been very responsive as subsequent renovation work in other parts of the house has uncovered additional problem areas.
