Blake was super professional, very fair in pricing compared to the national average, etc. The mold was removed, and he offered lots of advice and recommendations on how to keep the attic from being mold infested ever again. His services come with a 1 year warranty, so long as you follow said recommendations. He's a great guy, and his team is professional. Thanks Blake! I will recommend him to everyone I know/meet!

Great service and work quality

We met with Blake and he was great. He was open and honest and did not try to up sell products or work that we didn't need. I was worried that we may have had a mold issue. He had patience and took the time to explain and answer all the questions that I had.

My husband and I own a rental home in Carmel, NY. We contacted Blake Hall of Green Home Solutions on December 31, 2018. We were absolutely upset and distressed about this rental home, since the tenants (who had been in the house since September 2017) advised us in the beginning of December 2018 that they were certain there was mold problem in the house. We have owned this house since 2000 and never had a problem. The tenants wanted to use someone they knew to do the mold inspection and ended up having an acquaintance/friend do it. The tenants dragged the whole process along, and finally provided us with a very questionable letter from their mold testing company around December 21. The letter appeared to be VERY suspicious to us, and even though we requested the lab results from their mold testing company, the tenants NEVER provided any type of lab results. After doing some online research, we decided to contact Mr. Hall. He has excellent reviews on Yelp, Google and various other websites. We scheduled an appointment for 3 pm on January 2. It is very difficult for us to get time off from work. My husband left work early and arrived at the rental home several minutes before 3 pm. Mr. Hall showed up, as promised, at 3 pm sharp. That was a major plus to my husband, since he did not have to wait around for someone to arrive. Mr. Hall did a very thorough visual inspection of the rental home. Both my husband and the tenant were present for the inspection. My husband asked the tenant to point out any mold problems that she thought existed. Mr. Hall inspected each and every spot she pointed to and could find no mold. We wanted to end this mold dispute with the tenant, so my husband asked Mr. Hall to take whatever samples he needed to and send them to a lab. Mr. Hall NEVER tried to talk my husband into any tests or any type of remediation, and consistently stated that he was certain there was no mold in the home. After my husband requested testing, Mr. Hall returned to the rental home the next day, Thursday, January 3, at the scheduled time and took various samples. Mr. Hall emailed the lab results to us as soon as he received them, which was Monday, January 7. The lab results confirmed that there was no mold. We never felt that Mr. Hall was out to make money by making up problems that did not exist. He was very professional and thorough, and even if their results came back positive for mold, we have total confidence in him and would trust him to do the remediation. We have already referred him to someone else who was concerned about mold in her home.

The work on my home is yet to be done yet I can not say enough about Blake. He helped me understand all that needed to be done to satisfy my home sale. He explained the entire process to me and provided me with options.
