Dan called back quickly and offered an immediate appointment. He was very thorough & identified the source of odor in our basement. Turns out it s coming from the condo next door so he couldn t treat it. However, he offered solutions to improve the air quality and eliminate or highly reduce the smell. No charge. Excellent service!

Mold was killed but the black remaining material was not removed. I had to use TSP to remove the black material and do a complete wash down of the area. This should be explained to the homeowner.

Dan was a true professional and knew his stuff. He treated our basement in one day and his price was phenomenal. An honest guy doing a great job for a reasonable price. We paid $900 for mold remediation that did not require ripping out walls as other contractors estimated. We had pricing of $3000 and $6600 from 2 guys who told us we needed to tear down walls and throw away all carpet. What a crock they were selling. Thanks Dan - recommend highly.

Contacted me immediately within 15 minutes. Came and did onsite free estimate same day. Scheduled work with in 1 week and was very flexible on appointment. Also cost was 25% of other quotes and came with 2 year transferable warranty. Definitely recomend

I have not received the results back from my test yet however I am very happy with the fact that, if mold is found, abatement does not involve deconstruction of my home! Mr. Anderson came to my home the day I called and is a true professional!
