I could not have asked for a more positive experience! Jose in Redwood City, Ca is responsive, informative, flexible, and a great person! He set our expectations and followed them or reset them, thoroughly answered all of our questions, and communicated through email, phone calls, and text. He not only put us at ease, but also helped us with a Handyman to rebuild, figuring out our 3rd party post test company, and went above and beyond in supplying HEPA Filters and spraying our son's room! I highly recommend using Jose at Green Home Solutions for your mold testing and remediation. Definitely a "cut above!"

I like Howard, they were work hard. Only problem was they opened the wall and ceiling and leave it open. I thought they would close it up after cleaning it. It could be my own problem that I didn't understand about the whole procedure. well, overall they did a good job. As for price, they didn't close the wall and ceiling, so the price was little high.

We are a new house owner trying to find out what is the odd smell comes from. So I contact this company and make an appointment. Then the inspector came, he points out what is the problem in our house and gave us correspond solutions without the charge. Green Home Solution definitely is a good choose for a new house owner.
