John was absolutely amazing he was so thorough in examining everything for mold, he took his time and explained everything to me. He made some great suggestions and was always on time. When he was done he cleaned everything up and the house smelled great no more musty mold smell. I will be using him again on my parents home. I would highly recommend him to anyone without a doubt. I wish I could give extra stars for customer service. John responds right away, he didnâ t mind explaining things several times. Him and his crew were polite, hard working and helpful. Almost didnâ t take any breaks! And they were very clean. They get extra points for helping me clean the snow off my car when I was late for an appointment even though they were already on their way out. I also appreciate Johns guidance and recommendations for additional work and companies. Iâ m new to the state and that was really helpful.

John from Green Home Solutions was extremely professional, responsive, and timely. They made the entire process seamless - from the initial call asking them to test for mold to remediating it. We had mold in our attic and basement and John and his colleague made both spaces look brand new. We had someone up in our attic a few days after John completed the work and they asked if we just replaced all the wood as it looked new!! I could not recommend this company enough.

John Frinzi was professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained the process to us patiently and was in and out in no time.

There is no one I would give a higher recommendation to than John Frinzi and Green Home Solutions.  I consider myself extremely lucky to have found him.  I was looking for a mold remediation company that did not use toxic chemicals and Green Home Solutions came up in Google.  The closest one near me was at least an hour away in Washington, NJ, and the owner was John Frinzi.  I checked out his many reviews in Home Advisor and they were all 5 stars.  I called John, and my first conversation with him was very informative and helpful.  He was kind enough to agree to drive the hour plus trip to my place in Lords Valley, PA to give me an estimate.  The estimate was extremely fair and reasonable and I hired him immediately.  Many things had to be prepared before he could actually do the remediation, and John took the time to explain each and every one of them to me.  An attic fan had to be replaced, a good dehumidifier had to be put in the crawlspace, work had to be done on the exterior of the home to prevent rain from leaking into the crawlspace and all indoor leaks had to be repaired.  It was a month- long process for me to prepare the house, and John was extremely patient.  He always answered my texts, almost always took my calls, and when he couldnâ t, he called me back.  He was like a guardian angel to me in many ways because I was new to owning my own home and he told me if I had any questions please feel free to ask.  When I had finally corrected all the problems, John was able to do the remediation.  He completed it in two days.  His work was immaculate.  The remediation was remarkable.  There were no toxic odors.  The attic and the crawlspace are like new.  As I said in the beginning, I cannot say enough good things about John Frinzi:  trustworthy, reliable, helpful, patient, kind and he does such excellent work.  Thanks, John, for everything.

John was so friendly and kind. His level of customer service is hard to find anymore. I love that materials used were all safe for our children as well as our many animals here. We even have goats who didn't seem bothered with the smell. The garage doors were even removed by them because I couldn't get a contractor out quickly enough to get it done. The debris was even neatly placed accordingly. I definitely plan to hire again for future jobs. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of this service.

This was my first experience with a mold issue . John-the owner- was knowledgeable and patient in explaining every aspect of the problem and the treatment. John and his team were great. They were courteous, pleasant, punctual, and very hard-working under difficult conditions.. They were ckean and respectful of my home. Best of all, they were successful!
