Green Homes Timber Flooring

We originally planned on refinishing our old pre-finished hardwood but Noah was the only one of three contractors that recommended replacing instead. We are so much happier with the wider plank he recommended. Noah was the friendliest and most knowledgeable of the three contractors we spoke with. The workmanship is amazing.

My husband and I just bought a home. We got the keys last Thursday, pulled up the rugs in two bedrooms over the weekend and to our great luck we had hardwood floor. We wished we had time to get someone in to refinish the floors before our beds and furniture came on our move in day the Thursday that week. We felt badly all day Monday about it. On Monday night, I took a shot and texted my realtor asking if she had a floor company recommendation. She did and gave me the number for Noah at Green Homes Timber Flooring. I texted him and he said he could squeeze me in Wednesday. As in two days later and the day before our move. I was in shock. They figured out how to match the hallway flooring and did the water based quick dry so it would be done and ready for the move the next day. Iâ m still in shock I got it done in time. Iâ m forever grateful to Noah and his brother for taking such good care of us. Not only do my floors look amazing, they could not have been more kind. Noah offered to sweep behind my stove and even took the time to discuss where I should put furniture. I canâ t recommend this company enough. Use them- you wonâ t regret it!!!

My floor had rot all the way through to the subfloor from a radiator leak. They matched the wood so well you would never even know there was an issue! AMAZING JOB! Now I want to refinish the rest of the hardwoods in my house!

Because of renovation schedule changes, we had to postpone his sanding three times and he was always willing to accommodate our schedule. Noah and his team did an exceptional job on my floors! My husband and I just purchased a 2-family (and is our first home) and we didn't know what we were doing. Noah was super helpful and responsive, came over on a Sunday, and had lots of ideas of what we could do. We have 4 rooms and a particularly tricky staircase. For a very reasonable price (I shopped around and Noah was right around average), he did an exceptional job in only a day and a half. I almost cried when I saw the place, it is so nicely done. Now, I can't stop looking at the floors! I do kind of wish his quote provided a little bit more detail, but in the end, it didn't matter since everything came out so well. You can tell the owner Noah takes pride in his work. My 30 year old red oak floors look like new construction. Noah arrived with a team of three and had 600 sf of red oak flooring and 2 sets of staircases almost complete in one day. Had to come back day 2 for second coat. Did not leave a coating of dust and cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend.

Green Home Timber Flooring did an outstanding job, on my hardwood floors, refinishing. Not only did they refinish them to look brand new, but they also repaired and replaced damaged areas on the floor. Super customer service., and Noah truly cares about his customers, and the quality of his work. The quality of the finished floors, are A++++++++++ They plan their time and projects perfectly. I am so happy, with the outcome of this project. This is my first "fix and flip home", hope it sells quick. Because I plan on calling Noah in the future for more projects.

Noah repaired and replaced some damaged areas of my hardwood floor before sanding. With meticulous detail he took great pride in the quality of his work and delivered a gorgeous finished product. I couldn't have hired anyone better and will again when I am ready to do my upstairs floors.
