Everything was so professional from beginning to end, from the moment they contacted me, which was almost immediately, until the moment that they left my home. The price was perfect and the job was thorough. I will be referring them to everyone know. Did I mention how kind they are? Yeah, schedule with them and you won’t be disappointed.

I contacted Angi to recommend a provider for power washing the flat roofs on my house. You connected me with this provider as well as others, however, I unfortunately hired this one to clean the flat roofs on my house for $225.00 on 3/13/26. At that time, I asked the provider if he does sealing of pavers. He said yes and we agreed on a price of $940 for that project. Note: Your provider, Daniel Ferrer Family LLC (Green King Power Clean LLC) in Miami (owner, Daniel Ferrer 305-904-7610) is the person that contacted me. They came out on March 25th and power washed, then came back on the 26th to complete the sealing. I received a phone call from Daniel, the owner, asking for more money late in the day since he said that the job was using more product than they estimated. Please understand that we agreed beforehand that if they needed more product than was in the quote, they would absorb the entire cost. That said, even though we agreed on a price, I paid $60 extra, just to be nice. As I feared, they skimped on the sealer for the driveway and there are roller marks (they used a roller to apply) all over the driveway and walkway, looks terrible. In fact, there are areas that don't even look like the pavers were touched. I actually noticed the roller marks before they left and Daniel told me that it would dry evenly, so I agreed to pay him. The payment was $1,000 and he asked that the check be made out to his wife, Melanie Perez. I did as he asked, however, I thought that it was odd that he didn't want payment to his company name. The payment for the flat roof cleaning was also made out to Melanie Perez. (He told me that she was his wife) We exchanged several texts where he indicated that he would take care of this and not to worry. I have texts from him agreeing to this and a lot of dialog and pictures to support the horrible workmanship. After several attempts to pin him down to a date, we finally agreed on 4/14/26 at 1:00 PM. He did not show up at 1:00 PM and I sent a message to his phone letting him know that I called him into the gate and that I was here waiting. There was no response. I finally called him at 2:00 PM and he said that he was in Boca (my city) and that he picked up the sealer and was eating lunch. After 1.5 hours later, I called him again and the phone went to voicemail. After 30 min., I called again and left a message letting him know how I felt and didn't like being played, etc. He did not show up at all. Poor workmanship aside, the fact that he told me that he was in town, purchased the product needed to resolve the problem and would be at my house after his lunch turned out to be a complete lie. His conduct and lack of professionalism is unacceptable for any business, especially a business that is recommended by Angi. In closing, it is important to note that on the days that the pavers were being sealed, the weather was perfect. When the provider actually picked up his phone on one of my tries to reach him, he told me that part of the problem was that the sun was too strong and the sealer dried too fast. He is the professional here, not me and should know better than to apply the sealer if he felt that the sun was too strong. He told me that he would come back and spray the pavers rather than roll the product on to avoid streaking. Also, he said that later in the day is usually best so the product dries slower. In any case, he didn't show up and the driveway is a mess.
