They were the worst cleaners I ever hired. He hires people who do not speak English. They are so slow, they never completed the job. I hope you recommend better people.

"Thank you for taking the time to write this review, Since we met this customer, he always tried to get more cleaning time for the lowest rate, even though we tried to accommodate his request applying all our available discounts, he seemed not to be completely satisfied. For the first cleaning, we gave him a complimentary cleaning hour in order to show him our intention to please him and understanding he needed his house taking care of on a regular basis; but it seemed he was expecting to have additional free cleaning time form that point on. Since the beginning, we explained to him that the time he was willing to pay us it wasn't enough to do all the tasks he was expecting us to accomplish based in the characteristics of the job: square footage, number of bathrooms, floor types, condition of the house and how detailed the customer wanted the job to be done. We are dedicated to please customers fulfilling their needs, but we also expect that our efforts have to be recognized and fairly remunerated."

Sent 1 cleaner to do a deep clean. Shower still had mildew in shower doors and in a few places on the tiles. Sliders were streaky and around base of toilets not clean. Even if this was a regular cleaning these things should have been complete. This is a 3nd home so there is not as much stuff or traffic, the shower should have been spotless.

Many streaks were left on my windows and the job took too long.

"We contacted the customer and apologized for the streaks left behind on the outside of the windows at the east side of the home. We told the customer we provide SERVICE QUALITY WARANTEE and we have scheduled an appointment next week to redo the windows in the mentioned area. We'll certainly be more careful in the future to inform customers about the time frame needed to perform our job and specially in large homes. We have almost 10 years of professional window cleaning experience and we are confident and proud of our service."
