Green Ladies Cleaning Services

It was my first cleaning and they're was a lot to be done. They knocked it out and made what looked impossible, look amazing. I'm better organized and able to maintain with bi-weekly cleanings from them. The Green Ladies did an Awesome job!𠤩

The first day they were supposed to clean, they showed up but I was ill. I paid them anyway. The second time Pat, the owner cancelled. Today, the third time, there was a problem that arose. Pat and I agreed on 12 pm, but she wrote down 10 am. I was in a back room so I assume the girls rang the bell. However,,they came in on their own. I turned around to see 3 girls in my hallway. it was 9:30. I had a 10:30 appointment and told the girls to return at 12. They left but did not return. Morever, I havent heard from Pat. Moreover, they did not go through the visitors gate but drove in behind a resident. I am sure because I had not called the front gate yet.

There was some confusion in the booking and two separate cleaning ladies showed up at the same time. I cancelled Carol's Cleaning service and do not know what service Shannon was with. I would like to have Shannon back next time.

Not what I expected.

They confirmed the time they would be at my home and when they arrived they went right to work. They asked me to review the job and let them know 'if they missed something.

The ladies went right to work and did a thorough job.

Very polite and courteous. They did a wonderful job. My mother in law was thrilled with their services. Said her house had never looked better. They did a very through job of cleaning from top to bottom. Was very pleased with their service and communication. They called and asked if they could could come earlier. They also let me know when they were running late on the way because of traffic. Thanks so very much.

We hired Green Ladies for weekly cleaning when we moved into our new home. She is very thorough and does a great job! She also responds very quickly to texts or calls and is accommodating when I need to change the time or day. She is super friendly and not afraid of my big dogs, which is rare! Cynthia will move things so she can dust/clean and then organize it afterward, which is something that previous maid services never did for us. I'm so happy we found her!
