In accordance with the Contract Arthur was to revisit each year for a period of 5 years to check the deck for flaws or imperfections and to correct them. He also stated he would power wash the deck after one year. We attempted to set this up and he told us to wait until after budding and pollen was over. We waited for Arthur to contact us, sent him an email to which he did not respond. I sent him another email when I learned he had since moved "back to Florida" to which he responded in a very negative, nasty fashion. We now have some rotting and bare spots on our deck.

Interior Painting or Staining: 5 + Rooms
Arthur and his crew went over and above to make our time with them as a pleasant experience as possible. Very professional , on time and neat. He even fixed things that were not included in the original contract for us and his prices are VERY REASONABLE. We would definitely recommend his services.

Arthur came through with flying colors. He not only fixed the problem but he gave outstanding customer service. He called, he showed up when he said he would. His price was fair. Got the job done in a short amount of time. More importantly he was the only company that showed interest in my problem. What may be a small problem to a professional can be a big problem to a non- professional. I appreciate his honesty. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Lawn & Yard Waste Clean Up
Mr. Godfrey and his team were over the top with service, being on time, personable, very contract / proposal detailed, and went over and beyond to provide not just the services they were contracted to do. As hard as it is to find committed contractors, these guys did other projects that my husband and i couldnt handle, and didnt charge us for the little extras, something us seniors rarily experience. The man upstairs sent these men to us, and i would recommend them to anyone that can appreciate timely old style work ethics.
