Gave me a quote as soon as I called. Were already out for the first cut in less than a week! Mother in law is very happy with the job they did!

First cut they did great, the lawn was perfect. Quality went progressively down hill. Second cut had deep grooves from mower where they took fast turns and left the lawn uneven. Third cut they failed to show up and made consistent excuses why it was delayed and promised the crew was on the way but no one ever showed. Went 2 weeks without a cut.

I will re review them when I return from Massachusetts. I do have to say I've never had anyone in Florida respond as fast as they did. I told them my lawn was not cut for over 2 weeks and was a mess. They got it cut that day !

I used this company for a couple years. They grew too fast. I might consider using them for an installation, but they do not follow up on the work of their crew.

We just hired them to start Jan 1 2016, So I cannot comment yet on the quality but I will say that in my initial meeting with the owner of Greenleaf, he was very professional, cordial and personable. His quote was fair and timely and follow-up quickly! I'm quite confident that his customer service will be equal to that when they begin!

Quality and Customer Service POOR. Tried to mow my lawn while it was raining out which leaves my lawn dug up from the tractor and grass clipping stuck to the street for weeks to come. Fired him and has the stones to call me up and defend himself with his POOR attitude; that I'm one of 500 accounts he has. Buddy, NOT MY PROBLEM YOU'RE OVER EXPANDING AND CANNOT PROVIDE QUALITY AND COMMON SENSE. All I asked was please come back when it wasn't pouring rain. Instead, I receive an argument. Again, POOR ATTITUDE. You do not belong in the service industry.

"This is the 2nd review left by this customer. The first was a 5 star rating after 2 years of service. This was left after one incident with the yard being wet. Many of my new customers come from lawn companies that just don't mow for a week or two when it is wet and so I understand the importance of keeping everything on schedule as that is a big complaint with other companies. I spoke to him and he was fine with everything and then I got an email letting me go. I was confused as I thought it was resolved so I called again to see what had changed. All I can do is point to other reviews to show that this is by no means the average experience."
