Hired them to perform a WDI inspection for the sale of our home. They were able to get it done the next day. Carpenter bees were correctly noted on the report and the Buyers requested remediation. They were able to perform the remediation on short notice which allowed the closing our home sale to proceed as originally planned. I would recommend them to anyone for services similar to what I received.
