!!! Buyer Beware !!! This complaint is in regards to Ceasar at Green Man Lawn Service. 1) I mistakingly paid him and he refused to come back and complete the work. It has been several months of me trying to reach him and Angi/HomeAdvisor (where I originally hired him) has been absolutely no help. 2) He also damaged other underground sprinkler lines while trying to repair the one he was hired to fix. Then he charged me extra for repairing the lines he damaged. Attempts to contact him to complete repairs have been unsuccessful. Ceasar no longer responds once he was fully paid which was my mistake for trusting him to return. Do not make my mistake, he is unprofessional, unresponsive and not a man of his word.

They did a good job dianostcally and fixed the issue with a up front price within a timely manner. Good job!

Cesar was very knowledgeable and he and his staff were very professional. Diagnosed issues with sprinkler system and was honest regarding repairs needed to ensure system was repaired to city code. Pricing was reasonable and work was done efficient and in a timely manner. If you are in need of service, I would definitely recommend this company.

Found this company through home advisor. Cesar called before he arrived to verify I was available. We had a leak in the system and it would keep leaking if the water wasn't completely turned off. He turned the water on and was quickly able to diagnose the problem. After obtaining a new part, it was repaired and working effectively. I'm very pleased with his service and reasonable cost. Thank you Cesar!

Ceasar was very thorough. He identified the problem areas then took me around the house and explained the issues and told me what he was going to do to fix them. All repairs were completed in about an hour. I haven’t fired up the system yet and will post an update if any issues remain.

He completed a full analysis of my sprinkler system, repaired only what needed to repaired and walked me through the zones and system control box. Never was “upsold” and trustworthy. I used HomeAdvisor to find a contractor to investigate why a large patch of my lawn was soaking wet. Cesar Marroquin, an alleged licensed irrigator responded to my request & came to my home on 9/11. After his investigation he told me he needed to shut off the sprinkler system and return after a few days to find the actual leak. He and a partner returned on 9/13 and told me the problem could be with a pipe that he would have to find using a special device and the job would cost somewhere in the $300 range depending on the size of my particular pipe. He would have to locate & see the pipe to determine the specific cost. When he did find the pipe, he said the problem was a warn diaphragm within a PVC pipe and said the job would cost $250. He and his partner completed the job. I confirmed the cost and informed him I would be writing a review. He then lowered the price to $230. Before leaving the home, he shared my sprinkler times were too long & offered to adjusted the time to all 5 zones. When I told him I would reset at another time, he did adjust the time to the zone that watered the soaked patch of lawn. I was fine with him doing so. After 4 days, I checked my lawn and the patch remained soaking wet. I called Cesar back to inform him of this. He said it wouldn't be a problem because my part was still under warranty. We set up an appt for 9/22. Granted it did rain this particular weekend and totally made sense to reschedule for another time. Not only did Cesar NOT call on 9/22 to reschedule, I have NOT heard from him or anyone from Green Man Lawn. Did I mention I STILL have a patch of SOAKED LAWN? smh. I was misdiagnosed, spent $230 for a pipe that did not remedy the issue and now ignored. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, Buyers Beware!!!
