Snow Removal
Hired this company for snow removal while I was out of town for 5 weeks. Neighbor keeping an eye on my house advised no one ever came after several small snowfalls. The kicker was that a nine inch snowfall hadn' t been touched 3 days later! Company contact Yovani Garcia was contacted and promised they would be there â soonâ . Neighbor sent me pictures showing only six feet of sidewalk cleared and the driveway not touched. Spoke with Yovani who expressed surprise that his guys hadnâ t done the work. I demanded a refund and Yovani agreed. Offered a weak apology but no explanation why his company never performed any work. This put me in legal jeopardy for not following cityâ s ordinance regarding keeping my public sidewalk clear. I would not hire this company again and would actively advise family and friends from doing business with them ever.

Landscape - Minor Grading or Resloping
We hired Green Masters for a regrading project and drain installation. Their quotes were significantly lower than the competition, but that was not reflected in the quality of work. Everyone else told me it was a 3-4 day project, but these guys got it done in a (long) day.

This was strictly a prune & weed job. The worker did not know what was a weed or plant too well but worked very hard & all brush & branches were taken away...possibly some perennials also. The yard was left looking good.
