Our management team is composed of engineers with previous experience as owners' representatives and consultants. Thus, we offer a unique experience since we understand the owners' needs. Overall, service was top notch. Very punctual and great responsiveness. Green Mechanical installed a new AC unit and duct for 10k of retail space. Job was completed to specification.

Green Mechanical provided an extremely competitive number for the install of 3 central air systems in my rental property. Rudi and nick were the points of contact throughout the project. They turned a quote around extremely quickly, were on time every day during the project. They left all work areas clean and tidy and managed the project at a very high standard. They actually bettered their proposed schedule, even though they encountered a significant delay with one of the condensers. Green mechanical will be recommended to all my fellow property managers and I will be pressing their team to expand to plumbing and electrical so they can be my one stop shop.
