Upul did a great job fixing my A/C unit. He was responsive and was very informative. He helped identify the problem and explain what my options were. I will be using Upul in the future to service my units and recommend his work to others.

Upal and team were very good and neat. They installed a 20.5 SEER Bosch system that lowered the electrical bill from 700 to 150. They were great about sourcing the unit as well. The team was very impressed with Bosch, I am happy with it, but I would have liked to have known about a few more options.

Upul and his crew were great. After contracting to replace our heat pump we decided to sell our Condo. Our association was a bit difficult to work with but he got all the paperwork they requested in a timely way. He got a complicated job done in a timely way so we could start showings right after he was done. I would definitely recommend and re-hire for anything that needed to be done.

just now-Edit This is my third time using Green and Upul. I would give 100 stars if I could. Our thermostat went out last night due to a thunderstorm. I texted Upul at 8:15 am and he and his crew were here at 8:45, amazingly fast. The thermostat was replaced and AC unites serviced by 10 am and at a reasonable cost. Bravo, can't recommend enough

For years, every summer we would have an issue with our central air unit that our usual HVAC repairman could not seem to completely fix. He would try to repair the problem only to have it come back again sometimes the same summer or next year. The next year. He came again twice 2 weeks ago, charged us both times only to have the same experience. Finally, our neighbor recommended Green Mechanicals. They were finally able to diagnose the actual issue and while it resulted in us replacing our unit, the entire process was approached professionally and we now have our central air back -- right in time to deal with the upcoming heatwave! Working with Green Mechanicals was a pleasure. From my first contact with Upul he was friendly, responsive, and flexible to our needs. He visited our house promptly, provided a thorough quote, and answered all my questions. Once we decide to move forward, installation was scheduled quickly, and his technician Jacob did a fantastic job with everything: replacing the gas pipes, installing the components, and venting the new high-efficiency system. They obviously care about doing things the right way! We could not be happier with the results.

Upul was absolutely fantastic to work with. We needed someone in an emergency on a Sunday to fix our AC unit as my wife is 9 months pregnant. Upul responded promptly and reduced the fee for emergency weekend repair given my wife's condition. He was very thorough in his work and explained every step of the repair process to me. He even offered me pointers on how to do other repairs and make my unit more energy efficient on my own. After the repair, he followed up to make sure everything was working okay. The fact that he was able to come and repair our furnace on short notice AFTER business hours was impressive. It has been 2 months since Upul installed a furnace, coil, condensor, and thermostat into our home. Since then, the heating and air conditioning have been functioning perfectly. Upul was extremely professional, experienced, offered competitive rates, and made sure to explain the process to me as he worked. He worked late despite unforeseen issues so that the project could be completed in one day, Would highly recommend his services to anyone!

2 hours late on the day of the appointment, rude to my tenants, did a lot for unnecessary work and wasted time, having to come back the following day. I ultimately fixed the problem myself. no refunds on unnecessary equipment. an overall unsatisfactory experience.
