Everything went as they said it would, so far. We've only had the initial treatment and they are to come back in 30 days for a follow -up. Ants are gone, at least for now. YAY!

I was told that someone would contact me to inform me when they would show up. No call. The guy just showed up. Luckily I was home. I had to loan him a rake to remove the nest from under the bushes and on the ground. However, the nest is now cleared.

Great experience. Set up an appointment and they were ready to come out and treat the same day. Very professional from the person on the phone, to Matt who came out to look at the property, to the tech who treated my house. A+ all the way!

Green Pest did a great job of treating my rental property for carpenter ants and spiders. They also removed a huge hornet's nest. The only reason I didn't give them a 5 on customer service is that I had to badger them to get a copy of the contract. I think it may have been a simple problem that they misspelled my email address. I would definitely recommend them to others.
