I have only amazing and positive things to say about James B. and Green Pest Solutions! From my initial phone call/inquiry to the service call and follow up, everything was handled professionally with careful attention to details like keeping my pets and child safe while addressing a very disturbing ant infestation in our kitchen and pantry. James was patient and went over and above any expectations I had..he was thorough, answered all of my questions, and took time to show and explain in detail how the treatments work and what I can do to help the situation. Anthony was professional. He pointed out areas where there was high activity and baited specific areas to reduce the activity. Anthony also showed where there was a build up of cobwebs around the property and explained how to remove it.
