Mark Ray came out twice within two days to exterminate mice and cockroaches, Mark was on time in both cases. He was very knowledgeble and an excellent communicator, answering all my questions, and providing very good advice. I was very happy with his performance and look forward to future service provided by Mark and Green Pest Solutions.

They came once at initial visit and then 3 weeks later. I let them know I needed to cancel the contract, they waited 2 months to do it and then charged me for the two months even though if they werent cancelling during those months they were contractually obligated to come out to my house however they did not. They want me to pay for the two months they waited and did not render services. They told me I should be lucky bc they could be charging me another 500 to finish the contract that they already agreed to cancel. I provided copies of my conversation with them to legal aid and was told what they are doing to me is not legal. They are now actively emailing me telling me to pay for the two extra months or they will send me to collections, knowing I just lost my job so they think I am too down and out to fight this. Liz Dern manager of customer relations is the person heading this. Unacceptable and disgusting! this is the west chester pa office
