Before hiring GreenPest I first communicated numerous times with Mike Verbos. Mike was understanding and sympathetic to my needs. To me, when hiring a business for any type of service, I typically judge the business by how I am treated by the person on waits on me. That includes knowledge of their business, friendliness, able to answer questions (within reason), efficiency, effectiveness and of course price. I found all those qualities very favorable. I am very happy I did. My technician, Basim StroudClark showed up on time, actually earlier than expected. Which was great. He also called first to make sure showing up early would work for me, which I also appreciated. Basim listened and understood my concerns and needs about my ant problems. He provided his professional advice on how the issue should be addressed, answered all my questions and went right to work. I was very impressed. Basim also provided me with additional suggestions on what I should get done to the exterior perimeter of my home to also help prevent my ant problem. Iâ m impressed with the service, Basim, and look forward to continuing to work with GreenPest. PS Iâ m also looking forward to not seeing those pesky little ants in the future lol!

They sent a guy called Bas. Bas was knowledgeable, professional and efficient. When I had a new infestation in a new location shortly after the first treatment, he came back and attended to the issue promptly. Also, in the days of Covid-19, they had new protocols in place and they explained them to me very clearly over the phone. And Bas adhered to them very strictly. I hope I never need to use them again, but if I did I would definitely ask for Bas.

Green Pest Solutions never came out to home told me to buy spray and do it my self and pest are still there. buying traps now
