Pierre is a great person. Very respectable, punctual, efficient and reasonable. He treated me like family. I highly recommend him. He has old school values. That’s extremely hard to find these days.

PIerre was attentive and precise ...his work was very professional & creative even. I appreciate that he brought my vision to life {& actually designed the vision I was so 'iffy' about as I didn't feel knowledgeable in picking my plants}. He also repaired my cement work and added an irrigation system.

"DO NOT" trust the hand shake...it is" NOT" his word. he not only did 1/2 to 3/4 of the job, he did it to his satisfaction and not mine. when asked about the finished job, he says, it is done, what's the problem? so I began again as I did in the start of the job, that safety was most important. (he left a 1/2" gap along the side walk, curb and drive way to the sand) and I wanted to look it over and discuss it with my wife for her in put. that's when the out of control yelling started and if I didn't pay, he would put a lean on my house. this is NOT a person that can discuss the job about issues that need to be looked at. "NOT" professional at all. 1/2 of the drip lines are exposed, 5 do not work and the mess he left behind was gross. cigarettes, empty cans , bottles and trash left in the empty flower pots and did not clean the work site from sand, cigarette butts and trash laying around on the side walk, curb and drive way. I asked if he would have more sand delivered and that I would finish it and after 1 week, I'm still waiting. I learned a very valuable lesson with this contractor. "DO NOT" trust the hand shake!!!!!!!! I would not hire him to sweep my drive way. as far as I am concerned, Green Point Landscape should be removed from your Home Advisor site.

Great contractor for smaller projects. Most of the big guys turned away when they learned the size of the project. Pierre is easy to work with. He listens, offers suggestions but never dominates the discussion. He will work with you. Always on time, efficient.

Pierre is a good man, but work is a tad sloppy. The grass he replaced (after digging a pipe trench) could have been laid more neatly, and less than a week after he finished I had to replace a sprinkler head. He left bits of pipe and trash around as well.

We worked with Pierre on some unusual, creative projects. He had great ideas, great performance, and the pricing was very fair.

Pierre & crew did a small amount of grading and put in pavers that I had purchased. Quality of the work was good and they worked hard to get the job completed. We had to tell them about the mess however (trash & cigarettes) but after that the area was kept clean. Had to call them back for something small and they were prompt in fixing the issue. I would hire them again.

Pierre made sure he communicated with us & kept us up to date.He was also punctual.He completed our job in a timely manner.
