Green Power Clean, LLC

Hello Home Advisor Community! This was my first Home Improvement project with Simon Behringer and Green Power Clean, LLC, but it won't be my last! My wife and I are more than satisfied with the results. We completely remodeled our basement and Simon completed the basement from scratch, from the ground (the studs and framing) up! After a short few months, the basement came out beautifully and the colors scheme Simon advised just made the whole basement pop! He is a superior carpenter and he is truly an exemplary craftsman. Simon came in on-time and on-budget as promised and his prices/rates are VERY reasonable. We are thrilled to have our new basement for the fall and football season. Simon was also there for us when we had issues unrelated to the project. He not only bailed us out which proves his character and shows how reliable he is but did not nickel and dime us for every little aspect of our emergency. Many contractors could have tried to take advantage of our circumstances, but not with Simon and Green Power Clean, LLC. We are definitely looking forward to working with Simon on many projects in the near future. Hire Simon and his company - you will not be disappointed - in fact you will be happy, elated, and thrilled with the results. Would not recommend, and the experience was inconvenient.

Simon and his company did great job. First I let him renovate my family room and master bedroom , including multiple stuffs --handyman,painting, electrician, and sanding floor . I was very satisfied with his job and reasonable price. Then I ask him to do the power room and master bathroom renovation.He installed the cabinet, faucet, mirror. Now I've already been planning the next project in spring. Actually I count on him for my all project such as painting, plumbing, handyman, electrician. His job never let me down. So I give him five stars and recommend him strongly to other people who need renovation contractor.

Simon and Co did an outstanding job repairing the ceiling. The following paint job absolutely transformed the kitchen and dining rooms. After seeing their skill I've now begun planning the next project painting the remaining house with Green Power Clean LLC in mind.

Simon did a great job in a timely manner. I would defintely hire him again.

We needed safety bars for inside our bathtub and a new shower head. We got estimates for handymen in our area-- they were all high. We then searched on www.homeadvisor.com (which is free) and saw that Green Power Clean had the best reviews. We emailed them about the work we needed done and Simon emailed back immediately with the cost. We asked Simon to give us a few dates for us to choose-- we settled on 1/20/14. He came as scheduled and completed the job. Simon did an EXCELLENT job and left the bathroom neat and clean. We will use Green Power Clean again and recommend them highly.

I didn't end up using this pro due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, but Simon was exceptionally helpful in working with to reschedule several times and knowledgeable about the problem we were having with the contractor who was refinishing our wood floors.

Simon delivered superior service. He followed up on my request immediately, arrived on time for the cleaning, and completed the cleaning within a couple of hours. He charged me exactly what he quoted and completed the work neatly. My carpets are now beautifully cleaned - and without chemicals!

I had multiple varied projects around the house from electrical work to carpentry. Green Power Clean handled them all in a knowledgable, professional, and friendly manner. The work is top notch.

Excellent work on small job done on short notice and working around my tight schedule. Had lowest bid and did all the little extras like picking up materials and doing a few touchups.

He is without a doubt exceptional when it comes to carpet cleaning - always on time; always pleasant; price very fair; have used many carpet cleaners over the years - Green Power is the absolute best and I strongly recommend using his service - also steam cleans tile and my deck as well as the carpeting - GREAT RESOURCE ! ! ! - I continue to use him on a regualr basis to this day - after about 18 months of service

Stop looking - Green Power Clean is THE BEST!!!! I've had other companies clean my carpets in the past but I will never go elsewhere again. Simon was thorough, told me exactly what to expect, he was cheerful and professional AND my carpets look terrific!

Simon did an excellent job cleaning the mildew from my shower and grouting and caulking where needed. It really looks like new!

Green Power Clean was awesome! The quality of work was great, and their customer service was excellent. Simon's experience brought many benefits to the job beyond what I originally hired him for. When he arrived on the first appt, the water heater broke and portions of the carpet became wet. He immediately went into fix it mode and helped extracting the water and drying the carpet. He had a dryer that he was able to leave for a few days so the carpet could dry properly. The second appt was on Friday afternoon, and because I needed the job done by the weekend, he stayed until 7pm to make sure everything was done properly! Excellent job!

Simon was very pleasant, professional and easy to work with. He did an excellent job on my carpets and I have already booked him to return in the summer for a quick clean when I move out. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for a professional cleaning service.
