DO NOT HIRE this company, they are liars, cheaters, do shady work and offer zero customer service. There is no customer service at all!!! They only have an answering service that takes messages, but the company never returns the calls. We had a project with them worth over $100K. We ran into an issue with one of the neighbors and had to postpone part of the project. We asked the project manager to take this item out of the final bill, but he convinced us that he and his crew would come back to finish the job. He even signed an agreement with us on Greenpro Direct letterhead. However when we reached out and asked them to honor this commitment, the project manager ghosted us for more than six months, saying that he would get back to us and never did, or he was traveling overseas and would again get back to us but never did. After we finally got him on the phone, he told us that he already left the company and the owners of the company had split up the business, and that we should contact the company directly as he is no longer responsible for this work. We also sent a formal letter to Greenpro Direct with all the supporting documents form the past, but they still keep ignoring us. We have a registered mail return receipt to prove that they did receive our letter. We are at the moment exploring legal options against this company. We hope you do not have to experience what we are currently going through. Thus strongly, strongly recommend NOT to give any business to this company.

Incredibly efficient and lawn looks fantastic. Would definitely use again for future projects.

The job was completed July 29, 2019 it is now August 7, 2019, they will not come pick up the dumpster in front of my HOME...eye sore...disappointed.

Initially pleased with the work. Should have been suspicious that they wanted more work done on the house and went through some unscrupulous says to scare me into having more work done (which I did not have them do). Due to my short memory and poor judgment, I referred Green Pro to my 89 year old aunt. The salesman made big promises, but in the end, there are sprinklers that Green Pro installed that are not, and have not, been working. The salesman has been very disrespectful to my aunt. Although final payment was supposed to be did when the job was completed to the customer's satisfaction, the salesman wanted the check before the work was done. Called the Green Pro office to ask for a meeting between salesman, customer, and a third party. Was given the run around for two weeks. Finally called Better Business, last week, still waiting for Green Pro response. I will never use or recommend this company to anyone else.

DO NOT HIRE Greenpro Direct. Very stressful experience. Not honest and had problems every step of the way. They had one competent sub contractor. No communication. Opened a credit account with them and took all the money before the job was even close to done. We almost took them to court for deceiving us about what was included in the contract. Greenpro Direct gives HomeAdvisor a bad name. I hired another pro from HomeAdvisor and had an excellent experience with that contractor. There are still some things to be completed, but i am confident it will get done asap. The most amazing thing was that they kept in touch with me. I didn't have to keep calling them for revisions or changes. They called me. Who woudda thunk that was possible with landscaping folks. I've lost out with other companies but this was be far the best.

This has been the fastest and easiest home project ever. We couldn't be happier with the results. I would definitely recommend to anyone. Thank you again, Carlos

I had Kobi from Greenpro direct come to my home to give me an estimate on some garage stucco work I wanted to be done right away, He was on time, look at the garage inside and out, I wanted to know if they could repair the outer wall from the inside. He told me yes, good I said then he wanted to go on top of my garage, I wondered why, but I thought he wanted to take measurements of the back side of my garage where the damage was. While he was on top of my garage he tore off shingles and took pictures and told me my garage need a new roof and that it had four layers of roofing, I told him I just wanted the stucco done, but I would not only let him do the stucco, he can also do the roof. Later that evening I decided to look at the contract and realized that he did not even have the stucco work on the contract, he only had the complete garage roof and painting the garage for $4000. I then got suspicious and looked at the area view of my garage on google map, because no one had ever told me my garage roof needed repair. I notice that he ripped up my shingles off my roof and then took pictures. When I called him and asked him why did he do that, his first response was he did not do it, then said I will fix it, then he said if you report this you will damage my family. I thought about it and the more I do, I get mad, I do not want this to happen to anyone else. I will call the company on Monday and let them know what he did. I would show pictures but I could not download them here on this site, go to yelp and I will download them there. I will let Home advisor know what type of people they have on their webpage because I have used home advisor in the past, I am doubting if I will ever again. I understand it is not home advisor responsibility however then need to know. I will call the company and see what they are going to do about this guy and my garage roof. If he is any indications of the company probably nothing. Please do not use these scammers. WHY DID HE DO THAT, HE HAD THE WORK FROM THE INSIDE TO THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE. I JUST CAN NOT UNDERSTAND OR BELIEVE IT. I NOW HAVE TO HAVE SOMEONE ELSE REPAIR WHAT HE DAMAGED. His first quoted me $11,000 dollars plus when I told he that was too high for doing stucco work he gave me another price of $9469, then went down to $9000 and I could pay it in 18 months. I asked him how can he do that and he said because he owned the company. He called his office to see if the guys that will be working on my roof, to remove the roofing was available, then he let me speak to a person name sandy, who said he was not the owner, however he is affiliated with the owners, so I was still going to let him do the work. Then he said that his wife work at CBS studios and she could help me get a renter for my back room, I told him that would be nice, because then I could pay off the bill sooner. This guy Kobi ripped off the shingles on my garage roof to get more money from me. This is terrible.

All the way from the first phone call to current, they are awesome. We are definitely looking forward to working with them on future projects.

Note that this was a large project, front and back pavers, sprinklers and remodeling the front of the house (demo, siding, window adjustments, etc). This happened between August 2017-January 2018. Just getting to this review late. Poor communication. Poor time management. Doesn't stick to payment schedule and asks for money early. If you can say no, they ask for partial payments. Does NOT treat your home like their own (bathroom needs, trash left behind, did not always clean up after themselves). Poor workmanship that had to get re-done. Used my tools when I wasn't around. And they are willing to put a lien on a house very quickly if there's a disagreement on project completion. Office staff would not let us speak with the owner upon request due to all the issues, etc,etc. This is my short review on the many issues we faced. Do your research and pick a company with good business practices. Maybe they took on too big of a project, but the issues really showed how they handle problems from small to large, and it wasn't good. We stayed very flexible through the 5-6 month process (they estimated 1 month) and at the end all they wanted was their money and didn't care about us being happy with the project. They started off so nice at the beginning so it's really disappointing to have to say this, but would hate for someone else to go through the same struggle.

Good work for the price point.

They completely restored my front yard in less than 24 hours. I have had not only neighbors but strangers stop and admire my yard. I am very happy with the outcome.

They were very quick and did an excellent job!

The job was more than I expected, especially going over the lawn with a wire brush machine and again after sprinkling white sand over the lawn to help the blades stand up straight. Also, I was very pleased with the clean up.

Greenpro did a great job. Done on time and it looks great. Will recommend them to friends

Beware. Promises were not kept and contract not followed. I became the project manager as GreenPros guy was absent and unresponsive. Website states all installers are GreenPros employees. Mine were not. They were great workers but spoke little English. GreenPros charged final payment to my credit card without my knowledge. Very stressful experience!!

To get more estimates. I had 2 estimates, should have done one more. There were too many workers when they finally showed up so communication among them was confused, hence quality of work not so good, had to redo the grating. The finished work was acceptable, nothing extraordinary. Over priced for a small job.

Keep in touch with the project manager, they can sometimes not respond in a timely manner.

The repair was so good, it was hard to tell there had been any problem.

I was impressed with this company from the beginning - then once I hired them designer under-estimated the area size by around 1,000 square feet requiring a complete re-design for the project - there was a large time delay with no identified start date during which I could not reach anyone at the business location and they did not return my messages - their designer had assured me he would be a part of the project from beginning to end - in reality he came the first morning for about 20 minutes and then left and did not return for the remainder of the project - I paid a significant amount more to get the design I wanted adjusting for the error by the designer - I used a credit card for the down payment but this company had saved my account information and posted a new charged for the full project amount without my approval causing me a lot of distress -I had arranged a finance company from the beginning as my finance plan for the project - thru the dispute process I was able to get the financing issue resolved - also I have three beautiful Australian Willow trees that were mine before the project that are having trouble surviving and no one seems to know why - this contractor overall is very unprofessional and poorly organized - their workers were very skilled and the outcome of the overall project looks spectacular - in my particular project I feel the lack of communication between them and me caused negativity in the relationship and caused me to question their professionalism - this was particularly impactful regarding the project payment process - I found the overall impact on me to be very stressful
