GREEN REMODELING AND DESIGN INC

I found Green Remodeling on Thumbtack and had a great experience working with them. They were easy to communicate with, worked with me on the price, and delivered amazing results. Super professional and reliable. Thank you for the great service!

I was online recently and saw a few videos on how to renovate my kitchen, so I decided to try it myself. I quickly realized I had made a mess 😅 and immediately regretted it! I went online to find some professional help and came across Green Remodeling. Their work looked promising, so I reached out—and they were so quick to respond and book me. The team was incredibly nice, attentive, and understanding of my budget. They made the whole process stress-free, and I’m truly grateful for all their help. I highly recommend them!

I recently needed some work done in my backyard and decided to give Thumbtack a try since I’d heard great things. From start to finish, the experience was fantastic. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to communicate with. They listened to what I wanted, offered helpful suggestions, and completed the work seamlessly. Everything was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, which really made a difference. I’m so happy with how my backyard turned out it looks amazing! I will definitely be hiring this team again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

I had a great experience with Jonathan from Green Remodeling and Design. Not only did they provide a competitive estimate, but were very prompt and answered all my questions. When I wanted a different type of cabinet, Jonathan found what I was looking forward without increasing the price. We ended up not moving forward with the kitchen renovation at the last minute due to work commitments but they will be our first call when we can move forward. Jonathan is prompt, professional, and I have faith will deliver a high quality renovation.

I remodeled my bathroom with Green Remodeling and Design and I’m so glad I did. I had an estimate for half the price from another contractor but after Sam explained the details for me I realized his estimate included everything I would need and the bathroom would be done the way I envisioned. They went above and beyond to find me the tile and vanity I had seen on Etsy. The workers are clean and polite. I plan to remodel my kitchen next and recommend Sam to anyone looking for a head ache free remodel experience.

If I was asked to do this in one word, I guess “outstanding” would cut it, this firm is simply remarkable. During the construction of my new property, the entire team was involved, committed and willing to go the extra mile.

Great company to work with.Best service and awesome price !! Fast service too !!!

They were very efficient, communicative, and helped develop a plan. Overall, I'm very satisfied. I wish I had a clearer idea of what I wanted right at the beginning but they were kind enough to work with me to develop that. They were competitive and I really appreciated how quick they worked. Thank you guys!

It s a great place to work, they guy s you get to work with treat you like family, it s great the views are amazing in the morning

Excellent experience. Wish I could give them 10 stars. Arrived on time, communicated, and did an amazing job - Very happy

Awesome guys to work with, very energetic!

They know exactly what I need for my addition remodeling, the contractor is very easy to negotiate with and they fulfill everything, and respond whenever I have an inquiry. Totally recommended to anyone who wants to work with this company and also, everyone was always on time for the job. Definitely, an A+!

Just okay.

No comment , just not to happy.

Sam was very professional and respectful, he was accomadating. Over all a good handyman.

This company is fantastic. Sam, the owner, was on the job and recommended some wonderful upgrades. He showed me some damage I was not aware of and thoroughly took care of every detail. Quality of work was beyond outstanding. Sam really knows his stuff. He will be my go to guy for everything from here on out.

Sam had to work with the tenants schedule and was very patient and felexible. The job site was kept very clean. He and his crew were polite and professional at all times. I plan to hire them again.

Sam did a great job installing 2 new toilets but found water damage under one, he tore out the rotted sub-floor and made the new one stronger than the original one and installed new floor tile and base boards. Sam also installed a handrail on the front steps into the house. Would recommend him to anyone.

Working with Green Remodeling and Development was a very poor experience. Their communication as to when they would show up was extremely inconsistent. They would show up on days when they said they weren't and not show up on days when they said they would. The biggest issue is that I told them from our initial meeting and throughout the project that I would need a permit from the city for the project. They looked me straight in the face and said, "no problem". The project has been done for over 6 months and I have been trying to get them to make good on this. I have received nothing. They put an un-permited deck on my roof that leaves me completely liable. This is specifically what I told them I needed to avoid. I have spent the last 6 months emailing and calling to try and get Sam to get the permit. Most these emails go unanswered unless I continue to follow up. There are a lot of contractors in the Bay Area and I would recommend staying away from this one.

Professional. Clean and neat job site. Accurate timing estimates. Great finish work. Super satisfied

the guys came in and worked very hard. they were on time, and very accommodating. they did a great job.

My bathroom was previously such an eyesore, that my 6-year-old son was afraid to use it! Sam and his team did a great job from beginning to end and they even completed the job ahead of schedule. We had some differences of opinion when it came to style and design, but in the end Sam did the job based upon my preferences and my son and I are very pleased with the outcome.

Hired Sam and Simon for our bathroom remodel. They were easy to work with and had many good ideas. Of course there are always unforeseen hiccups and minor changes in plans as the work progresses, he was very accommodating and we finished on schedule and close to budget. We recommend so highly that we've already hired them to remodel our other bathroom!

Sam's the man!! Sam and his team blew us away with his commitment to our project. I have never worked with a more dedicated and hard working set of crew. We had family coming in and it was important for us to finish adding a full bath (including repiping to meet city codes) before they arrived. Our timelines we aggressive and we needed to finish everything in 3 weeks!! We were really nervous but Sam always had a reassuring smile. He was always reachable and would plan the work ahead of time. Inspections were scheduled and went smooth with no problems from the City of Fremont. A++ company.

Green Remodeling did a great job. I am really happy with my bathroom and would use them again in the future.
