The main task was to move and transplant a number of Palms. They had to change the schedule a few times; the crew had to use my tools in some cases, and the transplant operation was a bit rough. Having said that, I believe they have solid potential.

We agreed on a price and scope for the work, they gave me an invoice with that price and that work listed, then when the work was started they tried changing the price and the scope of the work. After repeated phone calls to them and pointing out that they sent me the invoice with the agreed-upon price and work to be done they finally fulfilled their commitment.

Comment: The company was recently hired by me in MAY 2018 on a 90 day trial basis, under NO signed contract and advanced 1125.00 to include and initial clean up cost of 250.00, 3 months payment for lawn and garden care/cleanup (600.00), power washing of driveway and walk area (275.00) and Palm tree trimming (200.00). Two visits for lawn and garden care were completed and power washing was completed. While the general lawn care was adequate, the property has many shrubs and other bushes that require consistent and seasonal care (and I was told they knew all about such matters). The employees that actually perform the services have little to no knowledge of landscaping care or even how to the use tools to do so and butchered the landscaping during the two visits they were here. After the 2nd time I politely cancelled the service (simply leaving my reason being that after the 2 visits I found the services overall not to be to my liking) and requested a refund of the 600.00 balance for services that were not performed;I was told emphatically all 'they would do for me' was to complete the trial period and NO refund would be made; this based on their interpretation that the invoice I made up and sent with my 1125.00 advance was a contract. It is not a legal contract and potential clients of this company should be cautioned as to the bait and switch manner in which the company owners operate. I am a victim of my own trust as I should have known better when the 1st man they sent to spec the job was fired 2 days later and NO one ever got back to me until I kept calling and even then almost a month passed b/4 someone else came back to re-spec the job. Other than the 2 owners, who seem to 'talk a good game of knowledge' of lawn and landscape care, their crews knows little to nothing. Point in fact: one of the men in their 1st visit to my home was my ex pool man!!! What is wrong with this picture??? I strongly recommend not hiring this company as the owners are seemingly crooks and the workers not qualified to be called clean up workers, let alone landscapers of any kind!!! Thank you.

Poor communication, unprofessional.

He arrived late for our first meeting. We confirmed for Saturday June 9. He didn't confirm a time therefore I called early Saturday morning and he stated he couldn't give a time and also it might not be today.He stated then it might not be today but tomorrow or next week. First impressions matter but I still gave him the benefit of doubt.

Do not give them any money upfront until the job is completed!

They started the job when they said they would. They finished the job promptly and left no mess for me to clean up. I plan to hire them again soon.

Called same day as request. Showed up on time the very next day and completed service in prompt and professional manner. Would highly recommend for sprinkler repair needs. Also they have reasonable rates for Landscape services.
