I worked with Chris who was having a not-so-good week. He had a broken machine, sick employees, etc. Through that, he was very professional. He completed the job as promised on time and for a great price.

Initial install into garage ceiling did not work. Subsequent parts and method did seem to work well to achieve a dense pack with fiberglass blown in. A lot of holes in the drywall ceiling. Be aware, a lot of dust from drywall during install and drywall repair. Price was very fair. Pleasant vendor. This was a complicated job.

The company owner came out and spoke with me; he was really nice and very informational. I can't wait until the job is complete. We will the work done on November 2nd.

Everyone I dealt with was very courteous. It was by far the best value and they did a great job.

Chris was very prompt in scheduling for an estimate and to do the project. Very happy with the people who did the insulation.

They only sent one man to do a pretty bit job, so I felt obligated to help out (he also used my ladder since his was really too short to do an adequate job. I had to leave before he was quite finished and found that I had to go back to "tidy up" some spaces before the inspector came. We passed inspection, so I was happy.

Am I glad I found GreenServe! My recommendation to all of you looking to do radiant barrier in the attic or on knee walls is to at least listen to Chris and get his estimate before you commit to anyone else. Of all the professionals I had out to give me estimates, Chris knew the most about what he was doing and saved me money by only recommending treating the problem areas that would save us the most money/benefit us the most energy-wise. Before treatments, our Upstairs+Bonus room would not go below 78 degrees on 90+ days. We can now get it down to 73 and at a fraction of what the others had quoted. Give Chris a call!

I've only rated Customer Service with 3 star, because they failed to return my call for several weeks. Turned out it was for a good reason (illness), but the voice mail stated the call would be returned immediately, which was not the case. That aside, the crew was very fast (took less than 2 hours to add insulation to a 675 sq ft attic).

Mr. Crouch was very helpful and professional in scheduling my installation and getting my paperwork to me right away so that I could take advantage of a rebate offered by Progress Energy.

When installing insulation the furnace was turned off and not turned back on. I Had to pay $85 for emergency repair service. When I informed Chris of this he was immediately at my door with a check. Would highly recommend this service.

GreenServe blew insulation into our attic and also put down a vapor barrier in our crawlspace. The crew had to work under very difficult weather conditions and did not complain at all; they were very friendly and professional and did exactly what I expected for a reasonable price..

Their prices were significantly lower than the other companies we looked at. Chris Crouch takes customer service seriously -- he called to chat with me about the pros and cons of fiberglass vs. cellulose when I told him I hadn't decided on a material yet. One company charged $25 for each recessed-lighting-can-cover, but GreenServe included them for free. Additionally, when the installers were running 15 minutes late, they called to let me know they were on the way -- exceeding all my expectations for service people. The installation was quick and efficient and the house is warmer already!

Easy to get done, and the workmanship seemed good. We'll see whether lower energy bills makes the effort worthwhile.
